Yum, yum, yum. Great place to go for comforting foods. The California chicken sandwich is to die for, along with the best fries in town. Staff is always friendly and attentive, and I know they care for their customers because they're always in conversation with regulars. They also have a senior menu and kid menu. And I LOVE the cat decor all over. It's such a great gem in St. Peter

Great little cafe! The waiter was really nice and the food was great. I had breakfast... french toast, eggs over easy, and sausage. Definately worth stopping in for breakfast!

One of the last area Mom and Pop cafes! Great menu variety for breakfast / lunch. Love being able to order breakfast and build on it - and an egg, add hashbrowns, add meat. If all you want is a coffee and a piece of pie, head on over.

Was greeted and immediately waited in. She was real quick with getting my order and came by several times to see if I needed anything. I got the
Mediterranean Skillet and 2 pancakes. Delicious. I’ll be back although semi parking was slim, I just parked several blocks away and walked. It worked fine.

Small town diner breakfast at is finest. We received a friendly welcome as soon as we walked in. Service was great even though they were very busy. I really enjoyed my breakfast. Portions were appropriate and pricing was reasonable.

Great place for breakfast, kind staff very attentive. Heather was great. Plus these cat paintings are on point.

The Nicollet Cafe is a nice little family run place with a great selection of items on the menu. The food and service were both excellent! I will certainly stop and dine here again the next time I'm in St. Peter!

Great small town cafe. Good service. Cheerful atmosphere. Clean. Great home cooking. Breakfast served all day. Reasonable prices. Kids menu. A lot of variety. Great desserts. Good parking and access. Will definitely go there again when back in town. You won't be disappointed.

When the food is great and the owner is gracious and attentive it makes you want to go back. Driving back through St. Peter from a visit to Sioux Falls we stopped again hoping to have dinner there. We found out that the restaurant closes at 3pm weekdays and stays open for dinner Friday and Saturday nights. We'll worth a return visit!

The website for Nicollet Café is a facebook site. I don't have fb. I've been there 2x and everything was great but I wish you all would have a website available w/menu. The only menus I can find for Nicollet Café are 15+ years old. I'd visit a whole lot more if there was a website. I wonder what the #'s would be if there was an online presence.

I had the Monte Cristo sandwich with fries. Both were awesome! My husband had the meat lovers skillet and raved about it. When we came in, we were greeted and sitted
and waited on right away. It is such a great menu that it was very hard to decide what to have. It did not take long to get our food, and the prices were in line .

Yummy food! The atmosphere was great, plus the service was great as well.

The food and service was absolutely amazing. Our server has so much positive energy, we truly enjoyed her! I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a mom and pops type seeing!!!

Had the BEST French toast I've had in ages and a very good cup of coffee. My husband had a beautiful blueberry waffle in a flower shape. Service was friendly, food came up quickly and the place is super cute, clean and cozy. Heading back to try more menu items in a couple of days!
