Service is always great! Quiche is definitely my favorite. My daughter (age eight) and I have enjoyed our "coffee" dates here since she was two. She either gets the fresh squeezed juice or hot cocoa with a bakery item. I love their seasonal coffees and lattes!

Ordering was easy and the cappuccinos were prepared in a timely manner. Very friendly staff. The front area is very well lit.

The cappuccino is fantastic. I will definitely be back when traveling back through.

AHHHHH ✨✨✨✨✨ Hands down the best coffee shop in the Mankato/ St. Peter area with amazing coffee options, I am a sucker for a maple or cardamom latte and y’all had BOTH on the menu in addition to SO many other amazing options. And we grabbed a loaf of sourdough that we brought home to eat for lunch and I have to say a huge thank you for that sourdough because since moving from Fargo a few years ago where we frequented an amazing coffee shop that would sell loaves of sourdough but also 2 inch thick slices topped with butter and cinnamon sugar or peanut butter and honey - I have not found sourdough in the larger towns nearby that even comes close, nor does my own sourdough that I make at home, this has brought me immense happiness and we will be back often for coffee and sourdough!!! 🤍

Located across the street from our VBRO, River Rock provided the perfect place to hang out with family, work, and read. I tried the cortado, organic maple latte, and the sweet cardamom latte; they were all delicious! All their syrups are made in-house. They also locally sourced most of their food products. One of my favorite parts of my visit was seeing all the regulars pop into the shop and see the evident small town community!

My new favorite place to be! Liv made me the best Vanilla Bean Latte I’ve ever had, and Amelia pulled me a lovely set of shots! They know how to do it around here. Jolie and Ali had great customer service at the front desk and they made me feel like an old friend. Never going to another coffee shop again😊😊😊

I was not prepared to be blown away by a coffee shop in a small town in southern Minnesota, but boy, was this ever a treat!

I ordered a cortado, bagel with locally smoked salmon, and a monster coffee for my daughter. Everything was delicious and perfectly made.

I am an espresso enthusiast and have traveled all over the country with the same cortado order, and this one hangs with some of my favorites.

I will be back!

Skip Caribou, and support a local shop by getting a drink here instead. Friendly staff, really good coffee and loose-leaf teas. Beans to go. Didn’t get food, but they have a nice selection of quiche, granola, hot sandwiches and pastries. Nice place to read the paper and chill. Would stop here again.

Fabulous! Hands-down one of the best caramel lattes I’ve ever had! Plus they added a cute little heart on top of the foam! The staff working Molly and Alex were both were super friendly and a great way to start my morning!

River Rock Coffee is a classy coffee shop in a historic building on main street St. Peter. The broccoli cheddar quiche was delicious and the Fall Apple Cinnamon Spice Scone was a perfect compliment to the delicious seasonal Chai-der drink.

GREAT spot - so cute, cozy and yummy! If you see MOLLY who works here, give her a wave- she is the absolute best & will be sure to bring a smile to your face! She also makes a great latte! 😍😊

Super cool coffee shop—vibes, food, coffee. Food was delicious and fresh. Appreciate the farm-to-table aspect. Coffee was delicious and unique. Definitely a must-stop when in St. Peter!

Awesome coffee shop. My friend and I ordered four drinks during our visit— all four of them were fantastic. The latte was not only perfectly done, but tasted amazing. The grapefruit soda was so fresh and perfectly balanced. The portion size was large. The frozen latte was the best one I’ve ever had, and there was not a single piece of ice in it, and it had just the right amount of whip cream. Solid five stars. If you haven’t been here, you need to stop!

A beautiful local coffee shop. Great vibes with a wonderful array of latte choices to get you out of your usual Starbucks cup. The maple latte is to die for. It tastes like fall in a cup. A good selection of salads, sandwiches, quiches, and pastries.

Seriously one of the best coffee shops around — the coffee, teas and food are incredible. You can feel the thought and care behind every item and the staff is so friendly and sweet! So grateful to have found this place!

This place is the 'bomb' ... outstanding service, coffee and bakery-like snacks. The coffee was smooth -- perfect taste. I have family that just moved to St Peter -- we'll be visiting River Rock Coffee and Tea during each future family visits.

Amazing coffee and such awesome girls/staff - Maren, Helena, and Erin, just to name a few! They know how to make excellent drinks. The seasonal flavor offerings are such a wonderful addition, like the Golden Milk Latte or the Rosemary Caramel Latte - both more savory than sweet. I also love that they have unique combinations for their baked goods, such as lemon and thyme, and my personal favorite spice addition, cardamom! The scone, muffin, etc flavors rotate daily. The cornmeal cake is delicious and moist when they have that - a must get!

Some people have commented on the prices being too high for what you get. After having lived in NYC and also going to coffee places in downtown Minneapolis, I personally don't find the prices to be too expensive. I think you get great quality and locally sourced ingredient for an excellent price.

No joke, probably my favorite coffee shop of all time (even over NYC places!). LOVE that I work minutes away from River Rock!

The only negative? There's no reward program! (It would be an awesome addition, as nearly every mom-and-pop coffee shop has one. Please consider adding this perk, especially for all of your tried and true regulars!)

Super cute cafe! WiFi is great, coffee is good and the people are very sweet. It was the perfect setting to hang out and get my morning meetings done.

A real treat over the normal Starbucks, Caribou stop. You are my fav in St Peter. Thank you for the WOW factor
