We hired HIP to repair our roof, improve insulation and install new windows. The craftsmanship on the windows and trim is especially remarkable. Every interaction with a HIP employee has been positive. The leaders of each crew were very knowledgeable and experienced in their specialty areas. They were patient and explained options and answered our questions thoroughly. The crews behaved professionally on site and were respectful of our home and our preferences. When we need more work done, we will be calling HIP first.

Steve and Brett did an excellent job of adding insulation to our cold bay windows. They were thorough in completing the job and cleaned up well after. They answered all my numerous questions.

The exterior vinyl siding that HIP did on our home is of exceptional quality! We've had other homes built in the past but have never seen the quality of siding installation as this one done by HIP. Tom, the installer, takes such pride in his work and it shows. My husband and I had the chance to talk to him while he was working on our home. It was the middle of a harsh MN winter - temps in the teens - but he kept working (outside, cutting each piece, going up the scaffolding to install) throughout it all. He showed care and was very courteous when we dialoged with him.

And when an issue did arise with a corner piece, two HIP gentlemen delivered the piece to my home, were kind and professional, and are quick to dispatch the crew to come back and repair. They were dressed in logo'd clothing and company logo'd truck so I felt very safe in identifying who they were and what they were stopping by for.

I would highly recommend HIP for any of your home needs. I'm submitting pics of my home and also matching detached garage that HIP sided. Thank you, all! Keep up the great work and attitude!!

First of all I would like to say this has been the most positive experience with any/all home improvement companies in the Rochester area. The team provided quality work at a reasonable price. On top of all they provided same day service! Mike was outstanding with coordinating his crew to our home to fix our damaged siding. The crew cleaned up after they were done and left me with contact information in case I needed any additional help.

They added blown fiberglass insulation in attic, insulated around existing bathroom fans, rebuilt scuttle accesses. Outstanding service, very happy with the installers. Highly recommended.

We recently had all of our windows replaced with Pella by HIP construction crew. Steve and his crew did an excellent job on the project. They finished the project in 3 days each night they had our home picked up before they left. The crew was delightful to have around and they even put up with our 2 dogs a Doberman and Chihuahua that are both very needy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone doing a project.

Our experience with Home Improvement Professionals has always been extremely positive. They installed the siding, roofing, and gutters on our new house, and we are very pleased with the quality, responsiveness, and timeliness of their work. They are very easy to work with, and should the need arise, we will be choosing to work with HIP again.

We recently had exterior and storm doors installed. HIP was recommended by Pella to complete our project. Steve Billig contacted me to schedule an install time. Steve was very responsive and he and his crew were very efficient. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned up most of the mess when they were finished. I would highly recommend this crew for other door installs. We will definitely be returning customers for future needs.

I talked to Kevin about getting my patio door replaced. He was very knowledgeable about knowing which doors to pick from for my house. When they came to install the door they did a great job. The door looked really nice and they didn't leave a mess behind for me to clean up. Highly recommend them.

My wife & I worked closely with Don Emanuel from HIP on windows & siding replacement of our home recently. Don's sense of humor is legend - working with him was fun! He spent a fair amount of his own time helping with the decision making (colors/etc.) process. We really appreciated his insight.
Our project did experience some work delays due to weather and conflicting schedules with various trades, but nothing major. Every detail we ask for has been completed in high quality workmanship manner.
We will likely seek Don out specifically for any future work we may plan. His integrity & resourcefulness compliments his role as a highly respected business partner.

HIP was subcontracted to insulate my garage. They contacted my promptly to schedule a time to do so and were on time the day of the appointment. The team of two were friendly, worked quickly, and left no mess behind.

HIP added insulation to our attic last December and it has made such a difference! Our home maintains it's temperature better and that shows up in lower electric bills! They were awesome to work with!

The installer were professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after finishing the window installation and removed all packing material. Would highly recommend them.
