The Prom Shop

We drove an hour and a half to shop there and it was so worth it! There were so many options for dresses, plenty of room to shop and look around without being to crowded and crazy, and wonderful lighting that made each dress look so good!! Not to mention that everyone there made me feel so welcome and confident no matter what and were super helpful with any questions we had! I definitely recommend! It was such a great experience!

We had a memorable experience at The Prom Shop! Our sales associate was wonderful. She was so friendly and patient. The sales associate also went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special and help her find the perfect dress for prom.

I had the best experience finding my senior prom dress. I had the most wonderful employee named Whitney who helped me. I felt so special and pretty. Whitney made me feel beautiful and helped me find the perfect dress. I couldn’t have had found anything better for my senior prom.

I went in on 03/04/23 looking for a dress for my dad’s surprise party that was also that same day. The store was so busy but it was clean, the staff was efficient and friendly. I worked with Morgan, who was so sweet. She found my dress and it was an automatic yes. I will definitely be back to buy dresses for my future events. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

We drove 5 hours from Fargo ND, hoping The Prom Shop would live up to expectations - it did! The selection was AMAZING, the staff (Heather) so knowledgeable, helpful and fun - and nice! I think they were as excited as we were to find “the” dress! The experience was 110% amazing. Worth the drive!

Amazing shop. So many beautiful dresses. We found 2 prom dresses here last year and hope to find a couple more this year. Well worth the drive to shop here.

Went to the Prom shop for my first time today and worked with Heather who was so amazing and so fun to work with! It was super organized and so fun to see so many other people find their perfect dress!

This boutique runs like a well oiled machine. You're immediately greeted and given the run down of the stages you must go through just to get on the floor. They encouraged us to go to the restaurant next door while we waited and said we could receive their discount on apps, we did. Then after giving them your cell# they send you a link to see where you are in their que. Back inside you're in another series of steps and you still wait to get a room. Once ready you're given one hour to try on as many dresses as you want.

It seemed overwhelming but Isabel was lovely and guided her to the right dress. She then asked my daughter to see it on the runway. This is where they killed it: Once on, she received a lot of positive feedback from other staff members that only solidified her decision so then- how can you not leave without a dress??? The dress was reasonably priced for something she'll never wear again but memories are forever and YOLO.

I had an amazing experience at the prom shop! A super friendly team of people working around the store! When we walked in (it was a busy busy day) we were greeted with a smile and got a run down of the way it all works, since so many people love to shop at the prom shop we were given a discount code to eat next door and got a text telling us when to head back! As soon as we got back into store it was such a positive atmosphere! I had Heather as an associate & she did an amazing job, and made my family and me all laugh and have a good time! They were very accommodating as well! I got the chance to enter a give away and won a dyson air wrap from them! So many amazing opportunities & such a fun place to shop! The dress I had last year was one I did not think I would be able to top, but they helped me find a dress that made me feel pretty and comfortable! Once I had the dress on, I was on the runway and every associate that walked by had a compliment for me! Their dress selection is absolutely amazing!!! Such an amazing place to find a prom dress! ❤👗

I was so happy with our experience! My daughter spent 2 1/2 hours trying on dresses. The staff was fantastic and patient! They even let her keep trying on dresses after closing until she was sure she had the perfect dress! Great place with a TON of options and excellent customer service.

I cannot say enough about the service and the selection at the Prom Minnesota. They always look forward to shopping here. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. If you haven’t been there yet.. you are definitely missing out👗💃

We were so impressed by our whole experience at The Prom Shop. Everything from the organization from the minute you step in the door to the selection of dresses to the personal attention by the staff was exceptional. Morgan assisted my daughter and me, and she could not have been more helpful. She went out of her way to help my daughter find the perfect dress just for her. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

My daughter found her 2 dresses for the 2 proms she attended. The staff was amazing and helped her find dresses that were perfect for her!!!!

The absolute best customer service ever! As you all can see, the shop is closed due to renovations. I contacted a lovely person named Pam and explained our dire need to get in to the shop. My sister is getting engaged, and us being middle eastern, she had to top all the guests. To my suprise Pam got back to me and was more then willing to open up the shop for us even though they were dealing with so much. We drove 2 hours, and we were NOT disappointed. Even though WE caused so much inconvenience to her, she kept apologizing for the renovations! Not mention, my sister was also a size 0, and while we were trying on dresses, she was on the phone and computer making sure she could get each dress on time. Pam's customer service is immaculate, and my sister left with a beautiful dress and we all had a blast and made unforgettable memories. We will be back, hands down!

Bailey helped us out with our shopping experience and she was awesome. Helped us find the dresses we were looking for and brought us so many great options to try.

This was my first and last prom this year due to covid situations. The staff here was amazing 100/10 recommend asking for either Morgan, Serena or Jacob. They are the absolute nicest and helpful workers who helped me make up my mind between dresses. Everyone of the staff members was hyping me up the whole time and it made me feel great shopping here! Not only the staff but the selection is great! For sure check out The Prom Shop for your prom dresses!

The prom shop is so awesome! They have a wide variety of dresses to choose from. Their employees are wonderful to work with, very helpful and always doing the most. We had picked a dress with a few beads falling off, and they had someone there to fix it up right away before bringing it home. Also their bathroom is extravagant, who doesn’t love a pretty bathroom! We drove over an hour to go to this place and it was well worth our time. Overall great experience, would highly recommend!
