I had such a great experience -- from the moment I walked in, until I walked back out the front door, I felt welcomed and valued.

Not being a fan of "going to the dentist", my hygienist was so thoughtful in making sure I felt comfortable and educated with what steps were up next, and why there were leaning one way or another for treatment. Lori up-front walked me through recommendations for each phase of treatment, and how it would work best with my insurance. They also submit all care/billing through insurance first and then follow up with me later for what is due (not covered by my insurance plan).

I truly feel like they have my best interest in mind and personally cared for each of their patients, including me! I would recommend Byron Dental Group over and over to anyone.

From the moment I walk in the door to the time I leave, I feel cared for. My hygienist is more like a friend and I enjoy our conversations so much. The staff at the desk are so friendly in person as well as on the phone, Dr Kyle is gentle and kind and he has my trust 100%. Their office is fantastic in every way. I appreciate this office every time I visit.

They seem friendly, caring, helpful with our concerns, and are very competent. I would recommend them to others. I started with Dr. T, who retired, and have been seeing Dr. Kyle. This dental group is the best in the area. They are very professional and have a caring attitude. I was referred by my regular dentist because I was 3 hours away from him and needed immediate help with a dental issue. Dr. Kyle Smith is an excellent dentist at this office. If you have fears of going to the dentist, they will be taken away after coming to this Byron Dental Group.

With the exception of it being cold, temperature wise, in the building, the warmth and friendliness of the receptionists and staff overshadowed the chilly temperatures.
My experience was very informative and educational. Understanding the how’s and why’s of our precious teeth, bone and overall function help understand the need for diagnosis and treatment. Now, if only we could understand the prices!

They are wonderful with kids and try to get you in if there is an emergency. Thr most friendly staff!

Byron Dental is an amazing facility to go to especially if you have anxiety towards dentistry. Dentist Kyle Smith has been with me every step of the way, getting my long overdue dental care needs met. He has taken the time to walk me through every single procedure until I feel comfortable both before and during. Nitrous Oxide is also offered without question - just communicate that you want it. I feel at ease walking into Byron Dental.

Love this place! My whole family goes here. The dental hygienists are always helpful, knowledgeable, caring, and take the time to explain and chat. Alicia is outstanding and truly a remarkable person. I look forward to seeing her and she has educated me so much on dental hygiene. Her passion for dental care is infectious. She’s incredible with my daughter Charlotte. She truly makes each visit spectacular and I can’t say enough great things about her. Both Dr. Heidi and Dr. Doug are wonderful and take great care with my teeth. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Everyone at Byron Dental Group were humans, not fake happy sales people, and they treated me like a human. They treated me with respect and spent way more time with me than a typical appointment time so they could answer all my questions. They did it without making me feel rushed. Dr Kyle explained things to me like he was an expert, but didn't act like he was superior. I've already scheduled my next visit.

They worked hard to make me feel comfortable.

Went to get a crown on my front tooth and had a great experience. Dr. Smith did a great job going over all my possible options and in the end I was very satisfied with his ability to match the crown to my existing teeth. 10/10 and will go back for any future dental needs.

Dr Kyle is a great new addition to the team. Highly recommend him as a Dentist. He is very kind, considerate and thorough as he walks you through the procedure. His goal is to keep you relaxed and comfortable and he is super great working with his other staff members! So glad he was my Dentist.
