Olmsted Medical Center - Byron

Our family loves Byron OMC! We have worked with many of the staff and are always so impressed with their care and compassion! I love that the nurses and doctors know our family and ask about the other members even if they aren't with us. Personal and sincere.

Rachael's my favorite receptionist shes knows my family and I dont have to give her the whole check in info ,all the nurses are friendly and the Doctors are all pretty cool!

Small and friendly, this location does what they can to help you out.

On a side note - this place is NOT a walk-in Urgent Care type of place, it's APPOINTMENT ONLY.

OMC BYRON has always been a great place for care. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. Recommend them to everyone!

I have never been to a clinic so incompetent between scheduling appointment that they don't even do(hearing tests) after specifically telling them what needed to be done. To not even putting a client on the schedule after a specialty department called and scheduled it with them. Whomever is the office manager, needs to get rid of this person. My child has been in so much pain and the amount of stupidity has been ridiculous. I will be taking him elsewhere for care. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Was missed diagnosis from my doctor here. Was put on medication I didn't need. Did blood work I didn't need to do. The doctor told me "because she wanted to be nosey" that's why the blood work was done.
I had to get another doctor because I wasn't getting any better. Now I have to have surgery.

This place sucks...this is the only medical center where the staff is so unkind to people..my son and I have been going there for over 6 years and they treat you like a total stranger my son has list his phone on occasion so I call to make his appt they allow me to make the appt but when i called to check on the time if that appt Rachel tells me he's 22 he's going to have to call on his own..now keep in mind we have been to many medical centers around the state and the staff at mayo clinic also..I have never ran into this problem, only in Byron omc!! Even the omc in rochester MN tells me when my family has appts...I think the staff at omc in Byron needs classes.I even called the CEO of omc and they even said there's no harm in calling to see what time a family member has an appt.so this is Rachel's own personal opinion and when she feels inclined to tell people whatever she feels like telling them..this is wrong and somebody should deal with this accordingly..unbelievable!!!
