Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Plymouth White Mountains

We stayed at this location for a family vacation with our kids. They were excited to use the pool but disappointed once we got there to find it closed for maintenance. We understand these things happen and the manager went above and beyond to suggest activities for the kids in the surrounding area and even extended our stay a few hours in the morning to ensure that once the pool was up and running that the kids were able to enjoy the pool! Rooms were clean and we had an enjoyable stay!

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. From the friendly and courteous young man at the desk to the spotless rooms. Our room also had a nice view of the mountains. Plenty of food and convenience options only a walk away. We will definitely be back.

I'm a frequent guest at this location and it's easily the best accommodation one can expect away from home. The manager, Jack, and his hard working staff are out of this world! Jack personally cleared the heavy snow fall around the sidewalks!! Amazing...

Very friendly and helpful staff, perfect room, great breakfast, and amazing location. It was a perfect choice for out three-day stay for the Lakes Region.

Given the very abrupt change in hotel stays this weekend Marriott was clean, respectful and kind . Coffee wasn’t bad and waffles kinda loved making my own . Given there isn’t a kitchen it is a great breakfast for a good start to your day .

This hotel is conveniently located near attractions and stores. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and check in and out we're a breeze.

This hotel went so far above and beyond to solve a very stressful problem for my family. I accidentally dropped my rental car keys down the elevator shaft, which required many levels of support, and the staff, namely Joe, Logan, Jack and the maintenance staff (and the Otis Elevator Company) were friendly, gracious, and calming the whole time. They called in support to retrieve the keys, let us stay in our room until the keys were found, and Housekeeping made sure we were okay, even though it meant they had less time to clean our room before check-in time.

Beyond that, the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the gym, pool, and common areas were nice and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh tasting and plentiful. Thank you, Fairfield Inn & Suites Plymouth, for making such a fantastic experience for weary travelers!

Accessible bathroom is great! But not lots of room to get a larger wheelchair into the bathroom in the small space/hallway. Door into room doesn't stay open so that wheelchair can easily get into the room. Difficult to turn wheelchair around in the room due to space. Bathroom is extremely clean! Bedtoom clean but dusty. Very nice people working. Breakfast is included, lots of choices, good food.

Jack was a big help to my family and me. We were in town for a wedding and a third party had messed up our reservation at this location. Jack, the general manager, was there to help us out and helped us find a room for the night. Jack was very friendly, courteous, and professional and this man deserves a raise for the work he puts in to make sure his guests have a good stay.

I had randomly found this hotel a couple of years ago for a quick excursion to the White Mountains. Later I'm back because hotel is in a great location for access to the various hiking areas in the White Mountains National Forest.

The hotel is brand new with excellent facilities, including laundry for extended stay, a pool, and exercise area with treadmills, ellipticals, and free weights. It's honestly more on-par with one of the headliner urban hotels one might find in Boston.

I enjoyed the free breakfast, which has a great selection (and no less than a dozen toppings for oatmeal!) And you really can't beat the make-your-own-waffle stations. The one drawback was the scrambled eggs, which were liquid-laden and served in large homogeneous lumps (probably microwaved). However they do make excellent mini-fruitadas and Spanish omelettes, plus there were sausages and hard boiled eggs to fulfill ones protein requirements.

The staff there were well above average, with a manager who personally made sure that guests were enjoying their breakfast with a friendly walk through the dining area in the morning. The chef was friendly and polite, the staff member in charge of the buffet making sure we didn't run out of anything, and the even the cleaners were pleasant to chat with when bumping into them during their rounds.

And the area is ideal as well, including a discount supermarket next door and a variety of restaurants nearby.

Going forwards I plan to visit the Fairfield whenever I go on trips to the central NH area.

Always a welcome smile, clean and easy place to stay with a great breakfast.

Booked two nights on a whim to do some hiking and we were not disappointed. Our room was spotless. The staff was friendly. Coffee in the lobby was always fresh and delicious. Breakfast was yummy with some nice options. Outdoor fire pit area is adorable. Gym is good enough to get in a solid workout. Close to all kinds of amenities if you had an extended stay. Well done, Marriott!

With not many brand hotels around the Plymouth area, I was thrilled to see that there was a Marriott. I can not say enough great things about this hotel.
The location itself is easily accessible off the highway and is in a plaza with a grocery store, liquor store, gas station and McDonalds.
Everywhere in the hotel, was absolutely clean. But most importantly the staff was one of the best I’ve encountered. Everyone I met was warm, pleasant and knowledgeable.
Any time I visit the White Mountains area, this will be the hotel I choose to stay at. Thank you all for such a great stay!

Everything was perfect. We enjoyed all of the extra touches, like the lemonade and lemon water offered at the front desks. The outdoor spaces were lovely. Rooms were spotless. The breakfast was impressive. Thank you for a refreshing stay.

What a great experience. We want to thank Jack for being so kind and helpful when our car keys got stuck in the elevator shaft. Jack and the team came to our rescue, took care of us and made us feel so welcome.

The receptionist Kelli was amazing and took care of our every need while we were staying there. When we forgot an item in our room after we checked out, she called us and offered to ship it to our house so that we didn't have to turn around to go back for it. We will definitely stay here again due to the location, great rooms, and Kelli's wonderful personality.

Enjoyed my stay. Very clean room. Well decorated and pleasant amenities. Real continental breakfast. Small gym, pool and laundry room for guest use. Helpful staff at front desk.

We love this hotel! It's updated and beautifully kept up. The staff is terrific. We stay here when we ski at Waterville Valley. It's about 25 minutes from the ski area but we need a hotel that has some dog friendly rooms and this is the best one in the area. There's a great supermarket next door, walking distance, as well as a nice liquor store outlet. McDonalds is right there too. If needed, the hotel sells a few microwavable meals, candy, etc in the lobby. The lobby & breakfast area are lovely & the breakfast is really good. Rooms have microwaves & mini fridge. The entire hotel is super clean! Great place to stay.
