I always enjoy starting my AM bright and early at Rojo’s! Delicious Latte with a fresh blueberry scone. Perfect every time.

I walked in initially to get coffee beans as a gift for a friend. I'm a tea enthusiast. I stayed and ordered tea because the baristas were very knowledgeable about their tea selection and methods of preparation. A very pleasant surprise, will have to come back again.

Rojos Coffee Roastery consistently delivers a fresh and flavorful cup of joe, solidifying its place as one of my personal favorite coffee spots.

The Midwives Moonshine coffee stands out with its rich flavor and smooth finish, catering to even the most discerning coffee connoisseurs.

Brandon and company provided exceptional customer service which added an extra layer of charm to this already inviting roaster.

The ambiance has a cool vibe, making it the perfect spot for relaxation or diving into a good book.

Whether you're in Princeton and in need of a caffeine fix, Rojos is the place to go.

I did not get to try that many places during my short weekend trip to Princeton, but out of the ones that I had, @rojosroastery was definitely my favorite! My cappuccino had an acidic flavor of the espresso shot and a good amount of frothy milk. So awesome!

My favorite coffee in town. The coffee is super aromatic. Wouldn't survive my exams and deadlines without Rojo's. Everything on the menu is great. Recently tried "Sidecar" and it was so impressive! Highly recommend!

If you’re a coffee lover like me, this is the place. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff with option of pour-over coffees done right! Great tea selections as well (pu-er!). Seek out the tall man and trust his selections.

My favorite coffee in Princeton, hands down. Excellent pastries supplied by Gingered Peach. It’s a small shop with limited seating, but it’s a cool space. awesome staff. Love it

Came in on a very cold, snowy day for an oat milk latte. no syrups or frills just espresso and steamed oat milk. the customer service was great and my latte was perfect. highly recommend and will return many times to come.

Probably one of the best coffees I was able to buy. They are doing a really good job. Personnel is awesome, the selection of coffee drinks is great, they have oat milk for coffee if you like, they sell additional merchandize like coffee machines, grinders etc, also some foods like muffins, yogurts, chocolates - all of the high quality brands, organic. There are benches and tables inside, the place is small, but cozy.
Update! They are now open and Our family can't be more excited about it!!! We are so happy guys that you survived the Corona crisis so far!

I'm almost afraid to write this review out of fear that people will finally realize that this is the best coffee shop in Princeton and flood the place. It ticks all the boxes of an A+ coffee shop: excellent coffee (like seriously good coffee -- they know their coffee) and nice pastries (from Gingered Peach!). And the Staff really foster a sense of community -- the mythical place where everyone knows your name.

Well for $6 they make an absolutely phenomenal cappuccino. Few places weigh the ground beans for each coffee, then also weigh the brewed coffee to adjust the settings if the atmospheric pressure has caused a shift in the brewing consistency. This is coffee obsession, absolutely worth the visit and the premium price.

With the temporary closure of our regular coffee shop we needed to find another place in town to get some Joe. Fortunately, Rojo's has excellent coffee. The store has limited seating but there are places outside nearby. It is clean and attractive. The staff are attentive and engaging. The barista clearly knows how to make an excellent cappuccino.

Best coffee shop in Princeton. For the life of me like, I can't understand why so many people go to that *other* coffee shop in town and get inferior coffee for higher prices and are forced to pay cash only. I love the coffee at Rojo's, the vibe, the staff, and the music. Highly recommended.

One of the original top notch Jersey coffee Roaster Cafes. Out of the way of traffic (both vehicular and foot) but worth the detour! Love the working roastery vibe— replete with rolling Rubbermaid 50-gallon green coffee storage and propane forklift.

Have some of the best macchiatos out there for any coffee lovers.

Beautiful cafe in the heart of Princeton

Good coffe, lovely people, and eco-friendly with porcelain mugs and glasses you can take outside to sit on Palmer square!

Rojos is the coziest spot to get coffee in central Jersey. The staff is so friendly and kind and they know their customers well. Their coffee is delicious, not to mention their blueberry scones are to die for.
