Since moving to NH from Brooklyn it has been almost impossible to find someone to cut my hair right! Then I found Peter at Stella Hair! Not only is he extremely skilled and talented at what he does, he listens and makes sure he understands what you're after. He's also done an amazing job with my color. Every time I see him I'm more pleased with his work. Feel like I finally have my hair back after so many years! Highly recommend!

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Jen always does a great job and listens to what I want, or think I want. Clean, attractive salon. A very popular establishment.

Lovely salon! I moved to the area a couple of years ago and have been trying to find a hair salon. I was highly impressed with the salon - it’s clean, welcoming staff, convenient (online booking etc.). Love my haircut. Looking forward to coming back!

After moving to NH full-time I needed to find a new stylist and had heard positive reviews of Stella. After 20 years with my previous stylist I was very anxious but Peter from Stella put me at ease listening to and discussing my goals. We have worked together over the past six months and my hair has never looked better. I am so pleased with his skill, suggestions and listening skills. The salon is gorgeous and clean and everyone is very welcoming.

Phenomenal service and care. The people who work at this establishment really care about their clients. They remember so much information, about you as a person, not just your hair. You arent just a number to them. Plus, my hair looks beyond fabulous every time I go!

I love Peter! He is very personable and easy going. He is willing to try anything I'd like to do wit my hair. I first went to him because I had hair down my back and wanted a pixie. I went to a different salon and they got scared and gave me a Bob instead. I hated it. I went to Stella and Peter was able to give me what I really wanted and I love it! The rest of the staff are so nice and it looks like they really love their jobs and get along with each other. Also it smells nice in there and is very clean.

This Hair Salon is the best. Even though I am a guy they are the first people to understand my wants for my hair style and not cut it too short like haircut places for guys. What ever you need they have, and even open till 7! The staff are always friend and even remember you. If your first time I would ask for Cynthia!

Cynthia did such a phenomenal job, she knows what she’s doing and it shows. Her confidence in her technique and communication with me was so reassuring, I just felt like I could trust her, and wow, her work was confirmation of that. Seriously, it’s been YEARS since I’ve been in love with my hair… and the color……The color… THE COLOR…… Cynthia’s mastery of coloring/toning is unmatched. I’ve never been more obsessed with my hair. I can’t say enough good things about her, she’s lovely person and to describe her as talented is an understatement. Cynthia is an artist, and I will gladly be her canvas forevermore!!!!

I have had many unfortunate bad hair cut experiences and the one time I colored my hair previously turned out to be a disaster so to say I was apprehensive is an understatement. Upon walking into Stella for the first time, I was greeted in such a friendly manner and instantly felt welcome. Jen took the first 10 minutes chatting with me about what I was looking for, going through photos, picking colors, and setting a plan. This made me feel comfortable and her genuine excitement was amazing! She has such a talent and has truly mastered the art. I left the salon feeling well taken care of, and had so much confidence which doesn’t come easy for me. I am obsessed with Jen’s creation and will definitely be returning time and time again! Also shoutout to another stylist Ashley who took the time to introduce herself and express how excited she was for my hair too!

I was vacationing in New Hampshire. My back was hurting from kayaking. So I decided on treating myself. I found this place and got same day appt. Chris (female) was excellent. I've had back messages before, but she got to pressure points and new just what to do. A nice calm setting. A hour was 85.00 and worth it. My back felt great. Highly recommend her. When you call you have to request her.

Ashley did my highlights and they are amazing. The most relaxing way to spend a morning to myself.

Ok, here's a rare hair salon review from a male-perspective.

First off let me say that their attention COVID is one of the best I've seen. The cleanliness, the use of curtains between seats and even the checkout process was impressive. Very thorough, but not burdensome.

As a guy, the shop is comfortable, nothing too feminine, you won't feel like you are in your grandmother's salon. It's definitely a modern salon tucked away in a little rural plaza. Everyone there is very nice and even when the shop is busy it's a comfortable environment.

The fact that they also have a male hairdresser is a rarity in the area. So, if you've been going to barbers for years and maybe aren't ready to have a woman cut your hair...but looking for a little more style in your cut, ask for Peter. He's also done some amazing cuts and coloring on my wife's and daughter's hair so everyone will be in good hands, even little kids.

Went here for the first time this past Friday and had Peter as a stylist. He completely understood me and what I wanted from the second I walked in. The owner was so sweet and engaging. The shop was adorable and cozy. I can not wait for my next appointment.

Seannah is my hair and eyebrow queen! From cuts to color to brow shaping Seannah's talent is unmatched. Not only is she a talented stylist but we also have great conversation while I am there. One of my sisters even drives 1.5 hours to have Seannah do her hair. We love her!

Seannah 100% went above and beyond. She has an eye for what looks good, pays attention to details, and invests in you like she would in herself. I’m so happy I’ve found my new place! She is not only a magician with hair but also eyebrows. I couldn’t be happier!

Still adhering to Covid Stella has moved into a beautiful new location. Still ln the Village Square Mall on Tenney Highway but in a more spacious salon. Lovely little gift boutique as well as a wonderful selection of hair products. Great recommendation for a stylist who knows how to style waves/curls.

I got my hair done here for my wedding by Seannah and it was a FABULOUS experience. I hate getting my hair done and it gives me anxiety but this place is AMAZING. I wish I lived closer so I could go all the time. My hair turned out incredible and it was so much fun being there! Thank you!!
