Mike K did excellent work rerouting and rebuilding basement plumbing and repairing a loose toilet. He took the time to explain his work, taught me some maintenance that I could do on my own, and alerted me to a potential long term issue with the 100+ year old plumbing in my home. I will definitely call Reeding's again if I need more plumbing.

Their service is always solid and prompt. Very happy to use them on a regular basis for our steam heat (Josh) and AC with Mike B. Highly recommend.

Our dual zone central air unexpectedly died, and Redding's were fantastic replacing it. The sales person Mike Brooks explained everything that needed to be done. There was no high pressure sales talk, just straight forward explanations, about equipment choices and prices. The estimate was fair and there were no hidden costs.
The work started far sooner than I expected and John and Devon the engineers were fantastic. They and Mike were friendly and went far beyond my expectations. We barely knew they were in the house. Everything was done efficiently and without any mess. The work was excellent, we are so pleased with the new units. We would recommend Redding's to anyone looking for quality work. Corey came to our home on time and was very friendly and professional. Corey did a great job disconnecting the water line from our refrigerator, which makes us feel much more comfortable. Corey also serviced our HVAC and replaced the contactor on the AC unit; Corey gave us a clear explanation about the pros and cons of having this part replaced vs. waiting, and we have much more peace of mind now that this has been replaced. Corey did high quality efficient work. We really appreciate all of his help. It is always a pleasure to work with Reddings--the pricing is really fair, and we are always able to schedule our needed services within a reasonable amount of time.

We've been under a twice-a-year (a/c and heating) maintenance plan from Redding's, and I'm so grateful that we found them. Service techs Mike, Kyle, John, Dan, and others have all been terrific — great at keeping our systems working. Our AC stopped working on Sunday. On Monday we called many HVAC contractors in the area including the one that we’ve been using for 12 years. None of them were able to properly diagnose the issue and/or have the ability to arrive the same day. The house thermostat temperature was literally 87 degrees by the time I landed on calling Redding's office. They were able to arrive within an hour of my phone call. Once there the tech identified the issue (a dirty valve on the air handler), explained it to me very clearly and had it working again in less than two hours. Other contractors that day had either walked off not knowing what to do or told me that it would need a $1K repair after a 2 min assessment. I’ll gladly call them again the next time we need work done. Thank you again to the technician John for his very professional demeanor under tough circumstances (temperature and timing) and implementing such a quick fix for our family!

Had a service tech back in November fix my heat.John H was listed on the invoice.Was prompt,neat and clean.Explained the issue in layman terms and was appreciative of his honesty.

After disappointing and frustrating experiences with two other plumbing services, I am pleased to say that Redding was fantastic! On time. Responsive. Friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem with our faucet that we struggled with for four months. Moving forward we will not use anyone else. Redding is our new plumbing service!!!

Mike completed my first annual HVAC maintenance as well as a needed repair. He was punctual and efficient, explaining the work and answering all my questions. I have also been pleased with the attentiveness of John, who initially installed the system last year. Kudos to both.

I called Redding to get their opinion on what I think is a scam filtration system (Eco Probiotic Systems). A friend of mine was almost convinced to drop a lot of money on this system, and it raised red flags for me.

I called Redding to ask their thoughts, and a very helpful person named Don confirmed he'd never heard of this Eco Probiotic Systems. He walked me through the air filter systems Redding installs, told me how they worked, and even gave me a price so I could see how crazy overpriced that Eco Probiotic System was going to be. I think my friend was just able to dodge a huge scam and I am so thankful to Don and Redding to take the time to help me, even when I'm not (yet!) a current or future customer.

My wife and I live in Princeton NJ and we shifted plumbing HVAC providers almost a year ago. Redding's service is the best, by far, we've had so far. The responsiveness and attitude of the office is wonderful. The responsiveness, attitude, professionalism, and friendliness of the technician's have been just terrific. It's like we have a next door neighbor coming over to help us. We have had about 3 or 4 different mechanics assisting us on a number of occassions and would ask for any of them to come back, They are all good. So we highly recommend Redding's. (They did not ask for a review, we asked if we could review them...they deserve it)

I had an AC issue for 2 years that none of 4 different contractors could figure out. I called Redding and I couldn't be happier with the service. Mike came out, evaluated my situation fully, gave me some advice on maintenance, and he got to the bottom of the problem WITHOUT recommending a system replace. Two other contractors recommended that to me. Redding will be the only AC company I call going forward.

Redding's installed a new heating and air conditioning system. The comfort advisor was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Nick was very knowledgeable and helpful. his explanations were clear and he really understood the challenge of living with such high groundwater. He helped us put together immediate and long term plans, quickly installed a sump and float, and helped get rid of old pipes and pumps that didn’t work. Very happy with services Redding’s has provided!
