First time at this clinic - the receptionists were very friendly, my appointment was right on time. I would highly recommend this place! The radiologist was top-notch!

Pamela is very intuitive and was able to diagnose a problem with my arm that many doctors in Phoenix couldn't figure out. After my visit and doing what she prescribed, my arm is on the mend and I feel much better. I am very happy with the services I received from Pamela.

I have received care and support from Mid State Physical Therapy. I have done two pool sessions and those sessions have been helpful to my complex spine issues. Matt is very helpful in presenting the issues and explaining things to you. I have had issues for the last 5-6 years and this is the first time I have felt someone understood the problems I have been having physically.

I have been receiving OT at Mid-State Health Center with Pam Hixson for the past month plus, after hand surgery. Pam is knowledgeable, on-time, patient with my myriad of questions, listens to my issues and is great at coming up with solutions that work. I am very pleased with the progress that I am making, which is largely due to the excellent care I receive at Pam's hands.

I am very pleased with the health care I have been receiving at Mid-State Health Center. I am presently working with Physical Therapy's Pam Hixon to alleviate pain in my shoulder/arm. Pam is outstanding. She provides a printout and online videos to help me at home. Mid-State is organized, professional and I feel confident I am receiving great care.

So far, so good! I recently began physical therapy on my broken wrist and shoulder. It's clear to me that my therapist, Pamela Hixon, has years of professional experience. I'm seeing real improvement after only a few visits. Even more, she has a genuinely warm and caring manner. It's not often I look forward to doctor's visits!

I'm very happy with my experience at Mid-State Physical Therapy. My therapists have been very informative and nice, and they have given me a good deal of pool exercises to do but have not overworked me. I look forward to the rest of my scheduled visits.

From intake to the first visit… staff was professional and courteous. The PT (Pam) was so helpful. She listened, performed range of motion exercises to determine what exercises would benefit me the most, and designed an online exercise plan that will determine next steps. I am already seeing the benefits.

Pam Hixon is a great physical therapist. She is really helping me regain the range of motion in my shoulder. She is helpful, supportive, inciteful and personable. I really enjoy working with her. She is a real asset to Mid-State Health Center Physical and Occupational Therapy.

Very happy with this facility. I really got the once over when I arrived. I felt Leesa knew her skill well and that I was in good hands. The pool has really pushed recovery forward. DeeDee has also earned my trust as a skilled therapist.

Mid State was a wonderful experience… I went from non weight bearing with crutches to walking on my own within a 5 week period. I can’t say enough good about the care I received from Leesa !! Awesome care !!! Thank you

Kathy MacKay has helped me far more than I expected could happen. She diagnosed my problem quickly and set up a therapy plan that is helping me to get back to enjoy being active without pain. I am so glad I came to Mid State Physical Therapy. I'm learning how to stretch and strengthen effectively.

Matt and Pam both clearly bring great experience and knowledge to the PT and OT services they are providing me. I am very fortunate to have selected Mid State PT as the provider to assist me in recovering from my injury.

I'm not sure about all the other negative reviews, but they've been my primary care people for a while now and I only have great things to say. You have an 11am appointment and arrive on time and they take you within five minutes. Appointments are easy to schedule. My primary care physician is way better than any doctor I had in the Partners system in Boston. He's much more thorough and I never feel rushed.

Regarding one review about getting prescriptions sent to pharmacies, my doctor sent them while he was speaking with me! I picked them up fifteen minutes later at CVS down the street.

i wish i could go every day the treatment felt wonderful i was comfortable relaxed and felt better after im not fixed yet but the massage sure helped , Thank you Kara

I have been a patient at this location for about 3 years. I saw Carol Lurie. She provided excellent care for me. Unfortunately she retired June 29th. Very sad to loose her as my provider. But I wish her the best in her new adventures in life, or just the peace and quiet she deserves. Thank you for your help, care and treatment over the years.

Staff, Nurses, Doctors all are great professional and courteous. Even there billing department is awesome, no mistakes and easy work with on insurance based issues which is rare in hospitals.

I love going to physical therapy. They are so helpful with all of my issues. I feel so much better. The pool is the best.
