Celeste is amazing. She has been so helpful to me and my family. I have two autistic sons and and she helped to set their phones up so they are safe to use. She also helps mom frequently with all of her phone issues. I would recommend seeing Celeste at Verizon when you next visit. She’s the best!

Great Verizon store experience!

Matthew was extremely knowledgeable and friendly as he worked through a complicated disconnect and re-connect. He patiently worked with a Verizon service rep on the phone to work through everything and then nicely gave my son a bunch of number options to pick from.

On top of that Matthew and Heather helped another customer who had inadvertently downloaded malware on his phone. Heather identified the offending app, got it off the customer’s phone, and sent him away a happy man.

A+ all around. Keep it up!

Haley is a wonderful representative and extremely helpful. She possess a calm demeanor which helps each stressed and unpolite customer
to calm down and explain what has happened to their phone. She's a gem and needs to be recognized for her expertize!

I went to the Verizon store on route 206 in Hillsborough to add a family member to my phone plan. Celeste had everything under control being the only staff member working today. She promptly assisted everyone and even got me a new iPhone 15 for free just by adding a line. It was a great visit. Thanks again for your help Celeste!

Daiquan is fantastic!!! We got to the store 45 mins before closing but he helped move me and my family of 4 over to Verizon and stayed 2 hours past closing! One of the best phone store experiences I've ever had with one of the best reps
