The food is of great quality and taste and the service was quick and friendly. I ended up taking 2 64oz growlers home. The salmon was perfectly smoked and salty, and the lamb stew felt like made at home. Highly recommend trying their beers l, they are great. Plenty of parking (free garage) and fun area to walk around if you want to go shopping.

Loved the atmosphere and was able to see a great band on a Friday evening. Cool and diverse menu options, including sharable appetizers and a lot of cocktails to choose from.
A great jazz band played also kn Nov. 3, 2023 and it made the evening fly by and super enjoyable.

Triumph was a great location for our rehearsal dinner! We were able to rent out the space with two pool tables (which entertained the kids and adults for the whole evening) and a dart board. The drinks were served in the space so no one had to leave to go up to the bar and wait, and the food was amazing. The vibes were right in line with us and we are so thankful to all the staff for being so great!

I do not submit a lot of reviews but feel
compelled to do so after experience last night. After the owner/manger noticed that a very busy waitress had not been to our table to take drink order, what seemed like the entire restaurant then went out of their way to make up for the slight delay. Even though it was not a big deal to us, it was to them and they more than made up for a small inconvenience. Food was also really good, and atmosphere on a Saturday night was awesome. Really impressed with the people who run and work at this place. Will be back more often going forward due to their reaction to a very minor oversight at best.

Great recommended stop on our trip. Nice place with great variety of food and beer. Service was impeccable and the food and beer were very fresh, flavorful and well prepared. If you are on the East Coast, find your way to Triumph.

I've been to two other Triumph locations (new hope, Princeton) and the vibe here was my favorite of them all. Full disclosure: first time visiting with kids and we happened to hit it on a night where an awesome jazz quartet was going off, great bonus. I wish I recalled our servers name because she was spot on with beer and app recos (Sandy?) And the master brewer voluntarily gave my son a little tour. Quite a great night out!

Chose Triumph because we know the band that was playing and they were awesome....Matt Wade and friends. Did not expect to enjoy our dinner as much as we did. My husband got the cuban sandwich which was outstanding. I got the root vegetable salad and that was excellent. The server, Winston, went above and beyond. He took our orders quickly and came back to check on us. There were also several people walking around clearing tables. Oh, and the beer was excellent...always a treat. All and all a great evening.

What is it with some of these NJ breweries?! Beautiful venues and great beer! Stopped in while visiting RedBank and glad I did! Classy establishment and quality beer. I'll have to admit this is the best pils I've ever had! West coast ipa and hazy ipa were excellent also! Super friendly staff! Recommended!

Great Jazz when I went there. Terrific selection of beer and food. If they want to get any better they might try working on helping people when they come in instead of standing at the "bell stand", other than that deadhead, the place is hoping and friendly

What an amazing venue! We hosted our annual conference for our business and the facility was perfect! The meeting room is well equipped with a large screen and projector. Lunch was AMAZING! The menu is unique - high quality food and a great variety. Eric was extremely helpful in organizing our event. Very accommodating!

Have been coming since day 1. Food, beer, cocktails and service always top notch. Have hosted events here also and it was an easy process. Great outside seating that’s dog friendly, too!

Our experience with this venue for our 50-person rehearsal dinner was nothing short of perfect. The space was ideally suited for our intimate gathering, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service provided was outstanding, with a team that was not only highly professional but also a delight to interact with. The culinary delights were served hot and tasted absolutely amazing, greatly enhancing the overall dining experience. An additional touch of elegance was the stage, perfectly equipped for speeches, with a sound system that functioned without any technical hitches. The thoughtful personal touch of the owners, who decorated the room with fresh flowers from their garden, truly made us feel at home. As the evening wound down, live music began, providing a seamless transition for us and our guests to continue the festivities. This venue is undeniably a prime choice for hosting a private event - it truly made our rehearsal dinner a memorable experience.

Seriously blown away by how cool this place was. Beer was just OK but food, service, and ambiance were all top tier.

We go to Triumph often because their food (not only their beer) is amazing and they've always got terrific music. In April 2023, we held a 60-person event there (our vow renewal) and it really was wonderful.

1) Triumph's staff is amazing. Everyone is really friendly and responsive, and they accommodated all our needs.

2) The space itself was perfect! The party was in both the private event room and the space with half of the bar and the four big picnic tables. For a big party with a dance floor and band in that space, it worked out best cocktail-style with tapas platters, so the group wasn't split up by a sit-down meal. It was already gorgeous, but Triumph let us bring some extra decor to make it feel unique to us.

3) The food was delicious, as expected. The seafood tower was presented beautifully (everyone was a fan). Since we had a whole lot of tapas, the one challenge was that a lot of the platters ended up getting mixed together. I am not sure if it was due to lack of space on the table. The events manager, Eric, is aware of that feedback. My recommendation to anyone holding an event like ours there would be to troubleshoot for that in advance. I can assure you that it all tasted AMAZING!

4) The planning process itself: I only have good things to say about working with Eric. He answered all of our questions swiftly and always made everything seem easy.

Definitely would recommend Triumph as a wedding or other events venue to anyone I know!

My wife and I had the wedding of our dreams at Triumph! We were looking for a unique venue that offered a cool atmosphere and a creative food menu. Eric (events manager), Chef Matt, and the entire team at Triumph went above and beyond to execute our vision! Eric was very responsive and accommodating throughout the process. We were hosting a 'big fat' Greek-Italian wedding, and Chef Matt was so thoughtful in helping us to curate a special menu for the evening (passed hors d'oeuvres, plattered bites, dinner buffet, and dessert). We've never heard so many rave reviews about wedding food before! On top of that, the service team was exceptional - so kind to us and all of our friends and family. Our goal was to host a big party, and Triumph did not disappoint there! We would highly recommend for any event.

We just had such a lovely dinner at Triumph. Everything was delicious, the ambience was delightful, and the staff really went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. My kids rated it a 12 out of 10, whatever that means :)

Great restaurant and cool vibes. Service was excellent and food amazing. Nice to have some different choices then the regular fare. Slightly pricey for portion size but worth it.

I literally cannot say enough good things about Triumph, the Red Bank location in particular, but really the entire company. My wife and I had our wedding reception there in early September and it was truly everything we could have asked for. We worked with Eric, their corporate sales manager, to plan the event and he was so kind and truly went out of his way to ensure our day was perfect. The food was excellent; they took into account a few requests we had regarding menu choices. And all of the staff that worked the wedding were beyond friendly and accommodating. Even the owner came to offer congratulations. Seriously, we could not be happier with our experience at Triumph and are beyond grateful for everything they did to create such an unforgettable night.
