The NP, Jordan, was efficient and thorough in explaining my diagnosis and prescribing medications. The secretary and radiologist were also welcoming and informative. Yes the office was busy but I don’t mind waiting for quality care. Looking forward to feeling better soon.

Walked in with a sore throat. Within 20 min diagnosis of strep. A prescription in hand and off I went to a pharmacy. Had to bring my 9 and 10 yr old and they were able to sit quietly and play on their devices with internet and that made the visit less stressful for me.

I visited MedCheck Urgent Care twice recently for a sinus infection. The nurses were wonderful and made me feel comfortable during my visit. The physician assistant, Lauren, was compassionate and knowledgeable. I really appreciated her kindness during both visits. I was in and out in less than half an hour both times. I am so grateful that we have this urgent care facility in our community. Five stars, thank you.

We had two emergencies while on vacation, a UTI and a really bad splinter. The doctor and nurses were phenomenal. We were taken back almost immediately and they were able to resolve our issues quickly. They were all very kind and competent.

We have had to seek help over the years at this Urgent Care for burns, rashes, and suspected pneumonia and they have always been absolutely amazing!! They are so caring and really take the time to listen! Katie is especially wonderful and isn’t afraid to leave and look something up if she doesn’t know the answer (rather than just make up something you want to hear) and takes the time to explain everything! The receptionists have been so kind and attentive as well! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Fell and hurt my ankle, went to Urgent Care and they were great! I got in to see the Doctor within 10 minutes, they took X-rays and determined it was fractured. Put my foot in a boot and gave me instructions. Great experience, all the staff members were very caring and professional. I highly recommend their services.

The staff is friendly and caring. Xrays are done immediately. My husband was in and out within a half hour. Staff was knowledgeable and took time to explain. Katie, the xray technician was awesome. New and clean clinic. Highly recommended instead of hours at an hospital ER. Just what our area needed. LAUREN the PA was so very friendly and empathetic. Again highly recommend this clinic

We were from out of town, and I had no ID with me. They were so attentive, thorough, and caring. Very thankful for such a wonderful clinic at a time when we had a true urgent need.

This place is awesome. It’s clean, the people are professional and friendly and on their game. They opened at 9 am on Sunday, I was in and out with X-rays in hand and at CVS to pick up meds by 9:58 am. This is the second time I have used this place this summer instead of the ER. and I will continue using it. 10 Stars.

Excellent service. Dr and MA were great. Quick in and out, no wait with a sick child after learning pediatrician was booked up for days. Would recommend this location. Front staff helpful too.

As someone who suffers from chronic sinus infections, after a week of suffering through all the obvious symptoms and being tested and cleared of ALL other illnesses (the flu, strep, pneumonia) my primary care provider in Concord was not only not available to see me, but the doctors and nurses that I was referred to refused to believe that this was what I was dealing with and refused to give me the treatment that was necessary and told me that I just had to wait it out. They also would not return my calls after calling them 3 times in a day to let them know that my symptoms were worsening.

I finally decided to give up on them as they clearly did not care about the health of their patient and instead went to urgent care. I arrived 15 minutes before they closed and not only did they see me in record time, but they gave me the treatment I needed AND....get this... LISTENED to me about the pain I was going through and gave me the treatment I needed. I paid the same amount that I did at my normal hospital only I was actually taken care of. Next time I get sick I’m not even going to bother with my normal doctor. Waste of time compared to the service and care you get here.

I’ve had to use this facility many times over the past few years and each time I leave feeling my questions are answered, I was greatly cared for and I have no hesitation returning. The staff is fantastic- I have always felt they did their best. It is a tremendous relief to have this facility just up the road from us.

Friendly and fast service. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and attentive at addressing my symptoms. The place is also very clean. I highly recommend!

Nearly broke my back out on the mountain (bruised the hip and lower back so bad could barley walk) check-in was clear and straightforward, all staff was supportive and knowledgeable, fortunate to have them close by!

I got in after 5 minutes of waiting. Everyone was so nice, helpful, and quick. It was an easy fix and the doctor was smart and funny!

The dark haired receptionist was very nice and I felt like she genuinely cared. And the doctor that i saw was great.

I love this place. They have always been very nice. I took my granddaughter there also and the doctor who took care of her was excellent!!

Everyone was super nice & definitely alot better then going to the ER for a couple of stitches!
