Dr. Gennaro is great! He is a well seasoned Ortho who it's to the chase and also knows his limits regarding surgery and will refer out when best! I won't go anywhere else!

Don't know why the reviews are bad here, but the staff and everyone was so friendly and told what I needed to do for my fracture.

Not patient friendly especially the surgeon . I got surgery today and he wrote my pain meds wrong so now he's in another surgery and they told me too bad u have to wait to see if he calls u to try to get a new script but mind u I'm in a ton of pain now with nothing. The office was useless and did nothing to help

Dr. Gerrano has poor bedside manner and spends limited time with his patients. Poor listening skills and did not perform a comprehensive exam before making a recommendation. Do yourself a favor and see Dr. Weiss instead. Unfortunate, because his PA is fantastic.

The 2 front office staff are friendly but incompetent in that they provide conflicting info. for a new patient and they also admit that they do not understand ‘electronic forms’ )they are essentially a paper only office. They can’t even agree on exactly what prior medical info. is needed for a new patient. Most importantly though: they handed me 2 pens and a clipboard that had just been turned in by another patient and they didn’t even make an attempt to sanitize it!
I firmly believe that any medical professional is only as good as their front office staff so I cancelled my appt, letting them know why.
