We purchased dinning set and sofa from US Brands Furniture and took extended warranty / insurance during purchase based on the suggestion from the sales person. The extended warranty service turned out to be a savior, we had some accidental damage to the dinning set and were able to get the replacement furniture with no hassle. All the staff in the store were very friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends!

Carol was VERY helpful and patient with my wife and I in selecting an England furniture sectional that fit our living room and a bedroom set. Great prices for high quality items. The whole process was easy, no pressure, no haggling. Delivery was also great since it arrived on time and in perfect condition. The deliverymen also set everything up for us and there was no assembly required. Very happy and will return for future purchases.

My husband and I bought furniture here back in march for our first home. We were so nervous when we went to look at other furniture stores, as the cost was way too high considering how much we were getting for our money. My husband found this place on his way home from work and we checked it out. Don't let the exterior deceive you. When you walk in, they have so many options to chose from with different styles. We ended up working with Carol who was amazing, sweet, and very kind. It was a pleasure working with her. She catered to our needs and we end up buying several pieces from her, including an L shaped leather couch, a breakfast table for our kitchen, a dining room table set with 6 chairs, and an ottoman. Delivery was a breeze! 3 young, middle-aged men came to set everything up in about an hour (considering we bought a lot of pieces, it was impressive how quickly they were able to set everything up. We will definitely buy from them again once the time comes to add our pieces to our home. Definitely ask for Carol when you go in!!!!

Second time coming here! Excellent gorgeous furniture, the best prices available, and a hospitable manager. He was very polite, not pushy, and worked with our budget. My husband and I got our first bedroom and living room set from here a year ago (still in great condition), and we came back again to buy another piece of furniture we needed.

This place is exceptionally well. You will receive personal service from each of the team members including the owner Mr. Carl. They have very unique furniture which will catch your eye. I shopped around many of the brand furniture store and you will not find these types of furniture at other places. In addition to the branded items, the price are very reasonable and the quality of the product you receive are very good. Mr. Carl personally review the order and assisted on the delivery schedule. He also has best delivery staff who takes care of the delivery part very professionally. I had ordered my entire home furniture and not even one scratch on wall/floor while they delivered the furniture. They also assisted to remove my old furniture at very reasonable cost. All in all I am very happy with the service and the product I received. I highly recommend to visit this place purchase your furniture instead of other high end furniture places.

Over a weekend, we casually walked into this store out of curiosity. However, when we walked out, we had bought several pieces of furniture and other decorative items. The store has a decent selection of quality furniture and other items very reasonably and competitively priced. The sales person Ujala is very charming, helpful and knowledgeable about not only the furniture, but all other aspects of buying furniture. They offered very competitive financing, warranties and explained them nicely. Apart from the items at display, they have huge selection in catalogs. We also met the owners of the franchise who are willing to help and make a fair deal. Overall a very nice experience. We had to return a few items as they did not fit our room dimensions and décor - which is our fault. But the return process was seamless and easy. Recommend visiting the store before buying anywhere else.

I'm a first time customer who went to this US Brands Furniture location twice before I purchased a dining table set in the middle of February, with full knowledge that it was somewhat on back order. Little did I know that we would be in the midst of a Pandemic in a few weeks time!

I can gladly say that my overall experience was very good. I was notified in mid March when the items were largely available and delivery and installation was a smooth process (even in the midst of a Pandemic!). Unfortunately, one of the dining chairs arrived with a stain and I had to wait to have it exchanged.... Not surprisingly I was expecting a major delay but the chair was swapped out in only a few days time.

So far I am happy with my purchase and the combination of good customer service (patience and candor about pricing) and solid logistics means that I will be a repeat customer.
