Needed some specialty fasteners and they had the best prices. Shipping was fast, too. The fasteners come in a bag with the part number printed which makes it easy in case you need to order the exact same ones again later. Highly recommended.

My experience with Bolt Depot has been wonderful! I was able to purchase a relatively small quantity of specialty bolts, at a reasonable price, at a reasonable shipping fee. The bolts purchased were delivered fast & were exactly what I needed for my project. Kudos to Bolt Depot!

They are my "go to" company for nuts/bolts. Being retired, price limits my purchases. I have shopped around enough to know their price is good. Quality/delivery is a given. I don't know about Customer Service ... I never had used it.

These could not be more reliable people. Orders get processed immediately. They are promptly responsive toward any questions but this is seldom required since the website is comprehensively clear. Bolt Depot's USPS Priority mailings somehow get delivered quicker than most. Support these good people and their work ethic. AAA+++

Bolt Depot is consistently the best in price, shipping time, and customer service for hardware. My last order I had a quality concern with some anchors so they sent me a replacement at no charge, and when that went missing in the mail, they sent me a second replacement next day air. When I have questions, they are on hand with the actual item to test fits and help me out. They're great, and consistent.

Bolt Depot is a really cool place to shop. Customer Service is even better. I placed an order, then realized I ordered the wrong bolts, six hours later. When I called, they pulled up the order canceled it so I could re-order the right product.

There is no better way to buy fasteners than Bolt Depot. Shipping is very reasonable and fast, packaging is great and have not found anything to be out of stock yet. I used to go to the hardware store and have to settle for fasteners that were not the ones I wanted, not any more.

Would definitely order from them again. Someone took the time to look at my paltry $25 order (hardware to mount two vises in my workshop) and they noticed one of the washers was probably not what I wanted. They called me a few hours after my order was placed, had my error fixed in seconds, and the order was shipped the same day. Everything came in beefy ziplocks. Can't do better than that.

These people are GREAT. I'm the quintessential handyman who believes just about anything can be repaired or restored. These folks provide me with most all my modest quantity nut, bolt, screw needs I've been shopping with them for years and never had a problem. For me the online downloadable actual size product charts are invaluable in getting the right fastener(s) for of that day's particular project. What's even better I don't have to drive to the Big Box store.

Exceptional company and website. Purchasing specific hardware from local stores (such as Home Depot) is often impossible and rarely easy due to inventory and mismanaged hardware sections.

Not so with Bolt Depot. Their website is on par with McMaster-Carr in terms of product descriptions, photos, and charts. All the things you need to properly size up and select the fastener you are looking for.

Where they level up is on minimum quantity purchases. I did not need a box of 100 very specific machine screws. To their credit, you can buy one, or as many as available in stock.
