Start here before shopping elsewhere! We went to a Maine-based competitor first and found the prices to be massively inflated there. A friend told us about his great experience with Oceanside so we checked it out. A bit of a drive down to NH, not too bad. The owner is very knowledgeable and helped us find a high-quality, no-frills tub for an excellent price, about half of what the competition was charging. Follow up customer service has been great -- quick to respond and helpful. Thanks for an outstanding experience -- quality of life massively improved with our spa!

Purchased my hot tub from them a few years ago and was a friendly, easy conversation until finding the right tub. They were communicative through delivery and we are super happy with our tub(which I believe is less expensive than the bigger stores given they are not operating out of a giant fancy showroom. Just Had an issue with our heating element and they were out the next day to fix and have us back up and running. Highly recommended!

We love our Wellis Hot Tub! Steve at Oceanside is always so helpful! When we were new to the hot tub, he was very patient over the phone and with text to explain how certain aspects work. We recently developed a leak and he helped me figure out how to fix it and avoid buying a new ozone filter. Always exceptional service!

Great company to deal with. We had one issue with our tub when we first got it and Steve came to our house to fix it the next day! We have had to have a few things tweaked and Steve has been very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend this company.

We were referred to Oceanside Hot Tub & Spa by two different friends who purchased hot tubs from them in the past few years, and we couldn’t be happier. They are able to keep their prices lower than the competition by having a modest showroom and a small but efficient staff. Oceanside has terrific customer support both pre- and post-purchase. My initial hot tub had an uncommon manufacturing flaw. When this was eventually discovered post-delivery, Oceanside quickly arranged to have a new tub delivered at no additional cost. I have been incredibly impressed as a customer with the rapid responses to technical questions & issues; and if there is a problem, Steve will come out to diagnose and address them promptly. I have referred Oceanside to multiple friends and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you Oceanside.

I live in Maine 100 miles away from Oceanside Hot Tubs in NH. After 2 years of daily use had a small break down on our Wellis HT. Steve at Wellis was right there to give support. We text back and forth with pics and he had a new part in the mail the next day! Never fear it is totally worth the drive to Hampton Falls NH to save Money and get the best long distance service around NewEngland. Steve and John are the real deal!

A Hot Tub is a necessity, not a luxury item for wife and me. As self-admitted masochists ( hikers, bikers, skiing of all types, skaters, and not to mention, chasing and keeping up with active children and now grandchildren..) a tub is part of our wellness program. Purchased the Wellis Hercules this past December from Steve at Oceanside - the Sales process was low-key which I always appreciate; of course, reading all the five-star reviews from google ended up being the tipping point. The important attributes I was looking for in a tub were powerful pumps (two pumps in this model) and well-positioned jets, powerful heater and well-insulated (hot tubbing is a winter sport...), and yes, price was a consideration. This tub met all requirements. Initially I was skeptical the interface was too basic (model K 300) but after 3 months I do not notice any major gaps in functionality. Even the electric cost is not as high (we do live in one of the lowest kW / hr towns in NH...) as anticipated. Next winter we are planning to move the tub from the barn (unheated...) to an outside location, perhaps electric$ will increase. Highly recommend Oceanside, and the Wellis brand.

I bought a beautiful hot tub and John arranged to have it drop shipped to Wisconsin. I saved thousands of dollars. Steve helped me with my start up. Great guys that always go the extra mile.

Steve came out after our hot tub was initially looked at by an electrician thinking there was an issue with the Wellis tub we purchased last December. Steve determined it was an electrical problem and coordinated directly with the electrician to revisit and fix the problem. The matter was resolved within days. No charge! Highly recommend this company. They absolutely take care of their customers!

I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else to buy a tub. I bought a Wellis Hercules in Harley Davidson silver. Bought 4 years ago and haven’t had one single problem with it. And we still use it like crazy. Also doesn’t increase my electricity bill hardly at all.

We purchased our Wellis Lounger Hot Tub at the beginning of the pandemic. The tub is solidly running, highly enjoyed and the customer service we recieved from Steve was great. We are very happy with our purchase.

I'd give them 10 stars if that was an option! We bought our hot tub a little over a year ago and John was great to work with. He explained everything to us and answered the many questions that we had. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. Went to use the hot tub and it wasn't working. John put me in touch with Steve. Steve responded quickly, had me send him a few pics, was able to quickly identify the issue, came out with parts to repair it and kept me informed the whole time. He explained to me what happened and how to avoid it happening again. I'd recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a hot tub. Most places care about making the sale then you are on your own if you run into any issues. That was not the case here. Thank you - we're already talking about an upgrade so you'll hear from us again soon.

The Service never ends. - My husband posted a review 3 years ago ecstatic about the way these guys stood behind a hot tub they delivered. Check it out. Now 3 years later we have to sing their praises again. The heating element gave out. It happens. Instead of charging big bucks to fix it Steve knew my hubby was pretty handy and sent him a link to the part and information on how to replace it. The bottom line - instead of a big repair bill we are back in business for peanuts.

Just got our new Wellis Hercules Tub in last week that we purchased from Ocean side tubs.. we had such a great experience with one of the owners. Steve worked closely with us, every step of the way. His Knowledge of Tubs is great, definitely felt so comfortable, Along with his Delivery driver Greg, who was so great with the entire delivery process.. we absolutely love our Wellis Hercules. We spent a lot of time researching tubs, but definitely so happy we went this route, can’t say enough great things about Steve, Greg and Oceanside tubs. I highly recommend them. Only thing I’d have done differently was order a tub from them a year ago, because we love it so much!

Oceanside is the best! Their products are great and service is top notch! We had a small leak develop (it happens) and Steve got us on their schedule and did the job personally as promised. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

We decided to buy a hot tub during pandemic—along with the rest of America it turns out. John at Oceanside provided a great intro to us as newcomers to owning a hot tub. We were able to find the right model at a great price compared to others we had found elsewhere. While the wait was long, our Tropic Seas Waikiki is wonderful!! The power of the jets and the hydrotherapy impact has been delightful. I had several questions during setup and the support crew at Tropic Seas answered right away until we got it solved. And when we had an electrical question, Steve talked with us and came to our location to assess and fix the missed connection. Oceanside are very knowledgeable, very helpful people and committed to their customers.

Like a lot of people over the past year, we used being home more during the pandemic to finally get us to buy a hot tub! We had a few neighbors that had bought and recommended Oceanside, so I gave John a call and was lucky enough that they had a new shipment of tubs on the way. Very fair price and delivered on time.

Since, we had a couple of small issues (nothing that was their fault) including a recent leak. One text message to Steve and he was out at his next available slot. He was able to find a loose fitting in the maze of about a million fittings underneath!

So...if you're looking for a great tub at a fair price...AND more importantly, solid post-sale support, give the guys at Oceanside a call. There's a reason they're a 5 star outfit!
