Store It Now | Bedford Self Storage

I can not say enough for Bedford Self Storage AND especially their manager Donna. She was so kind and helpful to me. I had already cleaned out my storage from another site and brought in my U-Haul and discovered they had no space. I live in California ... so I needed help fast. She made a few phone calls and secured me a spot in Bedford and then shuttled me twice back to the U-Haul dealer in her own car. Talk about a GREAT employee. She was over-the-top helpful. The facility is terrific clean and well run, but it's the people you count on and remember. Donna is the Best! Many thanks for all your help!!

Over the years I have always had positive experiences with Store It Now and Facilty Manager Donna. From helping my elderly parents to helping me when my father passed, Donna has been great through it all. She has clear policies, explains them well and even remembers me when I come in after months. I would recommend 110%!

Donna in the front office is awesome I called first, and she was super helpful over the phone. She brought me over the storage unit I decided to rent and explained exactly how everything works in a friendly and considerate manner. Excellent service, clean, secure, and reasonably priced. I used them for over 12 years.. ( I know I know do not do the numbers. lol) None of my items ever got damaged and I even was able to transfer from a larger to a smaller one when I needed to. The woman at the office was so very helpful when it was time to clean it out. She went above and beyond to help me get rid of everything that I did not want and made it a stress free situation. I would definitely use them again!!

First time RV buyers and wasn’t sure where we can store it for the winter. Called Store it Now in Bedford NH spoke with Donna there were no available spots however took my number and said she would call once they had an opening. Called me back when they had an opening and got us right in. Donna was by great to work with and very friendly. Would definitely store there again!

Super happy with this storage facility. The price is right and they don’t raise the rates after a few months like the other big name companies do. It’s a clean environment and I feel like my stuff is very secure. The office staff are really nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this storage place to all. I’m glad I shopped around and found them.

I stored my VERY large class A motorhome. The staff was so kind friendly and accommodating of me. They helped me move my RV into its designated spot which took some time. They allowed me 24 hour access with a code. Its a very clean well kept and easy to access storage facility with good security

Customer service was impressive - very helpful and prompt. Unfortunately they only had a unit that wasn't large enough, but I would definitely recommend this place. Very clean and very friendly!

Awesome place to keep your Motorcycle or anything. It's clean and secure and the staff is great. It has very easy, convenient access when you want to take it for a ride... or drop a few things off.

Awesome company with competitive rates (migrated from Merrimack with 0 trouble, great customer service). Originally what sold me was the easy (almost) anytime access (unlike vault), gated access and security monitoring. Additionally, drive up access made it a convenient decision.

I highly recommend this storage facility. The staff is extremely helpful and they go above and beyond to keep our property safe. If you are in need of storage for vehicles, this is a GREAT place for your needs.
