My taxes were completed late and erroneously because Ms. Rohde forgot about me and would not return calls or emails when I tried to get an update after several months of hearing nothing from her. She would not communicate with me when I brought up my concerns that the tax returns she prepared were not what I had asked for.
I try to support local businesses as much as possible and don't write many reviews but my experience with Ms. Rohde was so unprofessional and disappointing that I feel compelled to share my experience.

Diane Rhode filed a extension with the IRS for my tax return because she could not finish it on time. She gave no excuse or apology and as a result of her incompetence, there are penalties now due for filing and paying quarterly late. Diane would not return calls or offer explanations.
