There is customer service and then there is James Place customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure I had all the materials needed for my move as well as help walk everything out to my car.

Very appreciative of his guidance and support for what can be a stressful time.

The location is great and easy to get to, huge parking. The truck was clean and smelled good. Storage was immaculate and the security is impressive. The staff was very well versed in what they were speaking about and were able to answer my questions about my truck rental. They gave us a free month of storage too which was unexpected but very appreciated! Needless to say, we will only be using THIS uhaul facility for all of our rentals and storage! VERY impressed!

Amazing location brand new many options with outdoor units and Climate control I got one of each. Manager was great and very helpful. This is a true one stop shop truck rental and storage. Location has tons of space probably most in the Manchester and Bedford New Hampshire area for RV or food truck in order to fill up propane easily in and out when pulling in for Propane fill up!

Great location, can get here via the highway with no tolls. Plenty of parking. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Plenty of moving supplies and inventory for anything you might need. Also, the only u-box storage facility in NH! Climate controlled storage is available, as well as vehicle and RV storage. Units have alarms, which is a big plus. This is the one to go to! Veteran-owned and operated, too!

very responsive staff, clean and safety conscious. only problem was when I returned the truck, snow was not cleared so it was difficult to make out the road. may be put some markers on edge of the pavement.

Very clean and easy to use indoor storage. One downside is having to park and haul things all the way in but it's still clean and nice.
