While my order could not ultimately be fulfilled by this location (largely due to time constraints we were under), I would not hesitate to recommend this branch of Custom Ink. Katie was absolutely helpful, walking me through all the possible options for the design and the merchandise. She also went above and beyond, showing me the pros and cons of group order pages v. batch ordering and drafting up several quotes as we considered all the options for our order. Even though we had to go with a different vendor for the final product, I would go back to work with this team that was so understanding and accommodating of our needs.

We loved working with Mitchell. She took our design idea and brought it to life in a matter of minutes. She helped us pick just the right T-shirt too for a special family celebration. We await word from the design team and if we approve, we’ll have a dozen tees in 2 weeks. Couldn’t be more pleased with Custom Ink.

Had SUCH an amazing experience with Custom Ink. My best friend got a promotion and I needed a gift ASAP. I wanted 1 custom tote bag and needed it within 2 days. I've ordered items for our dog training club from Custom Ink. Their representatives have been very helpful and the artwork looks great on the car magnets and cooler bags. Ordering was easy and I received the items promptly. Their customer service folks even reached out to confirm my satisfaction. I will definitely order from them again.

I gravitate toward Custom Ink not only because the products are stellar, but because their customer service is thoughtful, personal, and never pushy. There are processes in place to make online ordering for groups easy and efficient, and the entire team is in touch with you along the way to make sure you have everything you need. After browsing online for new t-shirts and hats for our small business, I was so excited to see there was a brick and mortar store nearby where I could actually see/feel the products. The associate, Katie, that I met with was great! Very knowledgeable and was able to make suggestions to help me find the right product for us.

My t-shirt order was designed, edited, and booked with a brief in-store visit and 2-3 follow-up emails over the course of about 90 minutes. The shirts were produced and shipped and I had them 4 days later in different colors and sizes. The process was easier and faster than I could have imagined, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Custom Ink. I ordered from there not one but 3-4 times and every single time I was happy with the product and more than that, the service and professionalism!! One time we ordered team T shirts and there was a quality issue with some of the shirts and we were worried if we will get the replacement on time for our competition, but Custom Ink assured us to make it an express order at no cost and delivered the replacement in a very short time. They genuinely care for their customers and make sure they are satisfied!

The "dream team" (Mitchell and Katie) at Custom Ink Princeton was incredibly helpful with my sweatshirt choice, logo design, branding options, and everything else in between! Although I could have chosen to meet with one of them at the local store (such a bonus!), I opted for the video conference meeting, which was just as great. I am super excited about the order and can't wait to see the final product!

I had an AMAZING experience working with custom ink to make crewnecks for my college organization's recruitment event!!! I was on a time crunch and a lovely woman named Lorraine helped me and answered all my many questions. I got my shirts super fast and the quality blew me away! I got crewnecks and they were super soft and thick and honestly perfect. The sticker it came with was a nice touch as well! I came to Custom Ink to get t-shirts for the department at the university and was assisted throughout the process by Mitchell. She was very friendly and super helpful throughout the whole process. This was my first time ordering from Custom Ink I attempted to create a design on the website myself. Before I could go back and edit the design Custom Ink provided another version of the design, which was great. I wanted further assistance and googled to see if they had a physical location and they did. I made an appointment and Mitchell was patiently waiting for my arrival. Michell provided further assistance in editing the design for my wedding t-shirts. It was a great experience from start to finish. It was better than getting assistance via the telephone. I am a new small business owner and what is the best part about owning a business? Getting all the gear of course! I went to custom ink online and designed some items but I just wasn't ready to pull the trigger because it is a big investment, so I made an in-store appointment. I had the pleasure of working with Andrew - he crushed it. He helped me improve my designs so I could get exactly what I wanted all within an hour so I felt comfortable going ahead with the purchase. He supported our online order, ensured timely (ahead of time!) delivery, and was with us at every step of the process. The shirts were a hit - great quality and accurate design. Thankful to Andrew for making our birthday celebration special!

We received what we ordered, which is all I can ask for. In addition to that however, Mitchell and Andrew were very helpful during the ordering process including starting a design for us which followed exactly what I was looking for, then putting up with me ordering it and paying, then canceling, redesigning and ordering once again. Customer service was excellent, Mitchell really made this THE reason I placed an order, she was just terrific.

Andrew was amazing. My colleague and I met with him via a google Zoom on a Saturday morning. He was prompt, informative, kind, helpful, creative, understanding and efficient.
