Dave is the best, he does amazing work. He was able to repair a very sentimental necklace that I was sure I would have to throw away. I can't even tell that it was repaired

Charged me $70.12 to change a battery! The battery only cost $15 but he charged me $40 shipping, a service charge of $10, and tax of $5.20. Did the same thing to a friend of mine with a family heirloom. None of this was agreed at the outset. I asked for proof that the shipping of a small ladies watch cost $40 and why I owed him $10 since he did nothing but got nowhere. Had to present the money in a lawyers office to get my watch back. I have the paperwork if anyone wants to see. I am going to Cazanovia Jewelry now.
