From the first telephone interaction with the office staff from TR (I’m sorry ladies I didn’t write down your names) to installation performed by Josh, Plumbing Technician, such an exceptional & positive experience! All were professional, knowledgeable & friendly. Face-to-face with Josh, his work ethics are amazing and his genuine kind and caring self was greatly appreciated!

Excellent work finished by Kevin Haggerty today at our home. He made our sinks beautiful, and workable, again! He explained the process and showed us why our old faucets were leaking and installed improperly, and then with our approval, came back and got the job done this morning! I highly recommend his work! After our (very old) water heater started leaking, we called PSE&G and they referred us to Tindall and Ranson. Today is the day before Veteran's Day so we thought we would be stuck without hot water for potentially days. I called PSE&G around 10:30am and at 1pm Luciano arrived to give the detailed estimate and immediately started installing the new water heater.

Luciano was very professional and great to talk to. I'm a first time home owner and he explained both where some things were located and how some things worked that I was unfamiliar with. I have nothing but good things to say about both Luciano and about Tindall and Ranson as a whole. Scheduling was easy and I'm thankful they were able to come out the same day so we weren't without water through the holiday. The price was also very reasonable when compared to my online research beforehand.

My water heater broke and I had Tindell Ranson come the next day. The estimated cost of repair was not a ripoff and was well in the range of what it should be. I had Ken, Colby, and Joe comeout and they worked hard and very fast! Ken was the lead on this and he explained so much it’s clear he is very knowledgeable in his trade (as he should be) and overall was very pleasant. My experience was so great that I am now considering using them for their yearly HVAC package. Thank you guys!

I had gotten several quotes and I was glad I went with PSEG and their installers Tindall and Ranson. Anthony Romano was a very professional and knowledgeable plumber. He explained everything thoroughly, was neat and efficient and gave me recommendations on ways to make the furnace/water heater room have better air flow. He and the extra man were both a good team and got the 75 gal out quickly and neatly. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Anthony Romano was my technician. He was on time, he was professional, friendly, neat worker. He explained everything he was going to do, was very detailed and very informative. After the service was completed he explained to me so that I understood every detail of how the new system worked, and asked numerous times as he was explaining if I had any questions. I was referred to Tindall Ranson via PSEG. Dan was our technician and he was stellar. Kept our home clean, had to work with some janky piping and installed the new hot water heater. Took time to explain how everything works. He worked solo and I don't know how he manages working with heavy tanks, but he was efficient, neat and professional. I would not hesitate to reach out again should I need more work done in the future.

Woke up this morning to a split seam on a hot water heater with water all over my basement. Needless to say not how I wanted to start my day! I called Tindall Ranson and was thrilled that they sent their technician Andrew out within two hours. Andrew showed up to our house with a new hot water heater and went to work. I can't believe how quickly it could be done. Andrew was professional and explained all of the work he was going to do and what it would cost. I appreciate the fact that he let us ask a ton of questions and didn't mind my wife and I watching some of his work so we could understand what was being done. It is never fun to spend money on these type of things but I feel about good about my purchase today thanks to Andrew! From call to completion it took only a few hours. We received a PSEG mailer for a new hot water heater. We wanted to be proactive as our water heater was installed 10 years ago. We called their office for a price quote. Brianna was very helpful and professional on the phone. She sent Jay, the technician. He was very informative, professional and timely. He put our mind at ease. The installation was perfect. He wore covers on his shoes and put down drop cloths on the floors. He explained the price up front and explained everything that needed to be done in detail.

This was a new water heater installation through Tindall and Ranson. The installer, Anthony Romano, arrived at the earliest of the stated time window. He was clean, neat, courteous, and professional. Anthony takes care and pride in his workmanship and work area. He did not rush the work, but was carefull, clean, and intentional with how he did everything. Not a spill, drip, or fingerprint remained when he finished. Tindall Ranson should be happy to have this employee doing their work and representing the company to customers.

My water heater cracked and flooded my basement late Tuesday night. Tindall & Ranson sent Andrew out to replace it the next morning. He was prompt, friendly, very personable, and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He showed me a couple of things that needed to be upgraded so that it would pass inspection. They even took care of the permits. Andrew got the job done in less time than he said it might take and did a fantastic job. I was so grateful that I could once again use the water, especially since I had my infant grandson living with me and having water was essential. I would definitely recommend this company.

We needed to replace our water heater quickly. Briana Voorhes was the PSEG coordinator and she made the process of installation quick, seamless and efficient. I cannot say enough about her warm, patient, friendly, and professional manner. If I were hiring, she would be my choice for general manager of any company.

Andrew Olewinsky, the plumber who installed the hot water heater, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, very experienced, efficient and installed the tank quickly. He made sure to leave a clean work area, as well.
I highly recommend them.

They were able to send Jason in on the same day as the appointment was made! The company that my home insurance recommended has terrible reviews and couldn't send someone over until after the coming weekend. There's a hefty price out-of-pocket, but it's mostly worth their professionalism and attention to detail. He even came in our house wearing a face mask and shoe covers.

Reliable and honest. We had 2 services calls and happened to be Andrew that served both. During first one he checked warranty and luckily the part was still under warranty. Once part came the furnace was fixed no problem. We also bought maintenance plan then. 2nd service call the heater problem turned out to be more or less a maintenance issue, so he changed the visit into a maintenance visit (as we haven't had our heating maintenance done yet). So I didn't have to pay for the trip/diagnostic. I'd recommend their service!
