New Kitcho Sushi

My go to sushi and hibachi restaurant. Never had a bad meal here. They do offer dine in and they take your temperature before you can be seated. The staff is friendly and all have masks on. The restaurant appears very clean. The food arrives hot and in a beautiful display. The same freshness and quality of food also arrives when ordered through a food delivery app. Food was delicious every time!

Wow! Very impressed. The Salmon Carpaccio was out of this world. The rolls were yummy too, as well the hibachi noodles and the beef fried rice. The General Tso chicken was not very flavorful but was still good. For a sushi place, they most definitely do it well. Prices average, and friendly people.

The sushi was DELICIOUS! The presentation was extra and I loved every second of it. The staff was incredibly friendly, which made for an overall great experience.
I did see a review complaining about the temperature check but it personally made me feel more comfortable eating there. The non-invasive check took all of 1 second.
I look forward to going back and sitting on the outside patio.

I love the food here, the presentation was unprecedented, I have never seen such good presentation of food, the staff was perfect always good at answering questions and polite, the only thing I would love to see added to the restaurant is an all you can eat option, but other than that it’s worth it.

Had dinner with three co-workers because we love sushi. Menu has something for everyone and even a dinner package with has an appetizer, soup, salad and two entrees. Prices are good. They do not have a liquor license yet so no sake with your sushi right now.

I had a California roll, Philly roll and chicken teriyaki roll. One of my coworkers had the triple roll and there had the double salmon roll, fire island roll and a Philly roll. The sushi was very good. I look forward to coming back and trying another three rolls.

Service was very good. Staff was very friendly and unobtrusive. We stayed for a long time relaxing after work and just chatting after we had finished our food. We never felt rushed to leave and it was incredibly relaxing after a long work day.

Looking forward to my next visit for lunch or after work dinner and hopefully when they get their license, sake.

Everything here is always delicious! The food is super fresh and absolutely beautiful to boot. My roll came out with lights adorned, very impressive. And it's not too hide the food, highest quality sushi here, no question. Hibachi noodles and teriyaki also delicious!

Absolutely incredible food for a great price! Dined in and they had a great system for taking temperatures and cleaning tables and chairs. My party had ordered both sushi and udon, and everything was above our expectations! Very tasty and flavorful! Wait staff was attentive and very welcoming. We highly reccomend this place and will return often!

The food here is delicious. Everything takes fresh and really shows their care in preparation. The sushi glistens and their cooked dishes really stand out. It is cozy and small, takes a little bit longer for cooked food but well worth it.

The food was phenomenal! So so good. Ill attach photos if i can. They're a new restaurant opening during a pandemic. To people complaining that they had to get their temperatures taken to go in, well yeah. Its painless and takes half a second. They want to do what they need to do to stay open.

We all hate this pandemic. And we all know that the government has over reacted tremendously. But don't fault the restaurant and business for doing what they do to stay open. Especially when it's a new restaurant.

We ordered sushi, a hibachi plate and a chinese plate. They were all delicious. The meat in the hibachi plate was a bit buttery but it was still good.

Tuna pizza taste amazing, and I love the Hibachi flavor.
Definitely come back again!!!!!

I ordered the Lobster Mango roll, and it tasted just as great as it looked!

Just discovered this place a week ago and I've went 3 times since then! The food is phenomenal especially the hibachi courses. The sushi is good as well. Did not know about this place and my only regret is I did not discover this place sooner!

Sushi was amazing, the staff was excellent and always came to fill up water, the presentation was unprecedented, and the atmosphere was calm,

The last time I had Japanese food this good was when I was in Japan. The staff was great and the food awesome. Cant wait to visit again.

Sushi was as good as I’ve had in Poughkeepsie. Kitchen entrees were wonderful!
