Excellent. Would speed and get a ticket here again. Highly recommend.

Pulled over for the first time in 10+ years in this town because an officer "observed" me not wearing a seatbelt even though I had one on. Got to watch more than a dozen cars pass by with drivers legitimately not wearing seatbelts, but harassing out of state drivers is more important apparently.

Didn't have the option to plead not guilty being from out of state, because you have to mail the paperwork in within 2 days. Paying for overnight mail then appearing in court would cost more than a ticket living 5 hours away. They also don't tell you there's a state surcharge of 90$ when they pull you over, so you'll pay 2-3 times as much as your initial ticket. Oh and if you pay online they have the audacity to charge you another 10-15$ in processing fees.

It's crazy how doing everything right seems to not make a difference anymore and makes me wonder why I bother. Thanks for nothing Moriah Town judges and to anyone reading this... avoid this town and anything to do with it like the plague.

I am sure the businesses and people are great. Unfortunately after stopping at bridge, we forgot our seatbelts. We rembered after seeing officer going other way and buckled. Mile down road pulled over and ticketed even though wearing at that point. I suggest out of state drivers either don't go here or have dash cams to prove innocence in court. No ticket or violation in 40+ yrs of driving right out the door in 5 minutes. Doing right all your life doesn't count. Oh, counted a dozen ny plates with no seatbelts on sitting there. Fine $145.
