The best Italian food I’ve ever had! My husband grew up coming here and we made the 2 hour drive to come for dinner. I’m obsessed. The history, the service, the atmosphere and THE FOOD. Absolute perfection. Thank you to our server Nicole who was AMAZING and so pleasant! Our compliments to the chef..DELICIOUS!

Yes, that is that much sautéed garlic on my steak. One of the best places I have ever been. We went on Mothers Day and even packed the service by Scott was great. Quick drinks. and incredible food. I feel sorry for the chumps who had to go to Olive Garden. Support your local restaurants.

It's been a very long time since we've come here. It's just as we remembered it. Friendly service from all of the staff. Clean, cozy environment. Reasonable prices. Fresh quality food. The chefs plate is high on my list right now. Home made spaghetti, sausage, meat sauce, mushrooms and pepper. My heart and belly are happy.

Food was FABULOUS! As good as I remember from over 30 years ago. If I had the free time, (was in town), and funds, I would come here at least weekly.

Get variety and selection of choices on the menu.

The initial service could have been quicker (had to wait much too long to order), my glass of wine was promptly served, but my water glass remained unfilled until just before my main dish arrived. Waitress did make an excellent recommendation for wine.

Easily enough food left over to take home for lunch the next day.

WOW! Great tasting pizza. Had the double dough pizza with the wife. Split to include half, Cortese special ingredients. Thick, filling and enough for leftovers. We don't have pizza like this in florida.

One of our family favorites in Binghamton. They do great pizza. The pasta is cooked right. Their sauce is good. You could taste the wine the beef tips were cooked in. I have to bring some pizza back to Colorado for family members because they like it so much. We have them half bake it and the we freeze it before the flight. It works but doesn’t compare to eating it fresh.

Great meal at Cortese's. The veal is to die for! Salads were delicious, too.

Gabby was a wonderful server... friendly and attentive. Stephen is an excellent chef, putting his touch on every meal.

We can't wait to return. Believe it, it is worth the cost.

I went there yesterday with my wife. The waitress (I forgot her name. I think Grace) was so polite and serve as needed. Very good environment and no wait time. Food was excellent too. Attaching some photographs.

Wonderful mussels in lemon sauce. Good salad. All around good experience. They have outdoor seating in the good weather which will be nice.

Haven't been in a few years. We were celebrating my sister in-laws retirement. We had seven in our party. Food was excellent. Everyone was very happy. Our server did a AWSOME job. The only negative was a guy behind us at the bar who was talking so loud. I think he thought he was at a Hockey Game..🤦‍♂ Definitely no fault of the restaurant. We had a hard time talking at our table. I give it a AAAA++++

We were fortunate in that we were recommended this place by a close friend. Traditional Italian cooking with no frills or flares. The oil that came with the table bread was sweeping with garlic (awesome). The scallops were perfect and overall the experience was exactly what we anticipated.

The one downfall is a limited cocktail menu. Of the “recommendations” we received, 80% were martinis. My straight-up lemon twist vodka martini was sub-par and (truthfully) watered down.

My brother came in from CA and we went out and had a great dinner with our kids. Service was great, food was great, they even froze a few pizzas so my brother could bring them back to his family in CA. Hands down the best restaurant in Binghamton!

The food, service and atmosphere was great. I had chicken parm and salad,I started to eat before I remembered to take a pic. I would definitely recommend if in the area and there building an outside patio which will be great to enjoy outdoor dining next spring.

Maybe the best Italian restaurant in Broome County. Lots of great options on the menu. Pizza makes for a great appetizer.

The food was excellent and so was the service. It is a busy place and very loud inside so if you are looking for a quiet cozy place it may be too loud for you. I will go back for sure.

This is my favorite restaurant in Binghamton NY. The Prime Rib is fantastic. The service is fantastic and you get what you pay for and more. Highly recommend.
