I have to come every year for blood work for work and the girls are always so nice. I never wait very long either.

I had a very pleasant experience there recently, staff and doctors were very friendly and professional 👍😃

When I saw all the other negative reviews on here I thought it had to be some crazy mistake. I was wrong. While the employees were not rude they were very unprofessional. I waited nearly 2 hours before I was seen. They were taking everyone around me people that had come in way after I did. Finally after I ran out of patience, when I decided to walk to the counter to ask what's taking so long I'm in and out just like that.

Very unprofessional staff. Had an appointment for 2 long months to see a Doctor there for my son to be examined to continiue his disabilty assistance(Autism).
Cancelled appointment and never called us.

Met with a Dr I think Praw Indian guy felt like I was meeting with a NYC street bum. IMA is total trash typical government contracting. Total trash doctors and staff.

Been on hold to reschedule an appointment for over 20! Minutes. I've heard the line click 6 times, meaning they are deliberately putting my call on hold.
I've worked in this field. Unless it's an emergency, NO ONE should allow a call to on for coffee to a half hour on hold!
Extremely unprofessional!!!! I'd give half a star if I could.

Just like all the other reviews!!! Still waited over 2 hours to see the doctor at all!!! Its so ridiculous. Definitely avoid this place if you can. Only thing that was ok was the nurse/assistant was nice

I had a Friday evaluation appointment and was supposed to get an x-ray but the tech was not here and I needed to come back. I made an 8:30 appt. For Monday, arrived a few minutes early, and waited for over 90 minutes to get an x-ray. When I arrived there was only one other person there and they were x-rayed and left at 8:45. As a result of this experience I had to reschedule another doctor's appt or decide to come back. I have a very limited income right now and to keep driving back and forth from Fishkill is unfair. The front end staff and the nurse /doctor were very nice but the xray tech should be held accountable and disciplined.

I came here for a disability evaluation. I am a disabled vet with problems functioning. So I had a hard time remembering and filling out a paperwork. The woman at the front desk was rude and arrogant, overall very unprofessional. She said something under her breath and was rude to me behind the desk. Hopefully I am never sent here again and hopefully YOU are never sent here . Terrible

I had a negative experience at this facility in 2018 but could not give a review as i had no computer, so I will relate my one-star tete-a-tete ex post facto. I dealt with 3 women in this place in Feb, 2018 and I swear I will never return. I guess they never heard of public relations. Simply a trio of ill-mannered, rude and arrogant employees.

Absolutely horrible experience. Showed up 30 minutes early to appointment and I sat for an hour after my scheduled time and it wasn’t even busy. I saw the 1/5 stars but that was the only time that would fit for my PHA. Staff were unprofessional. They literally didn’t have a computer set up to enter my information....Should have rescheduled. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

If I catalogue here all the tidbits of disagreeable instances I encountered at this facility I would go into a depression that would require the services of another so-called medical facility. Suffice it to say I was not pleased with my experience at IMA Poughkeepsie.

I came to this place for my evaluation and they jotted down only what they wanted to I suffer from a bunch of mental health issues, I am partially blind, I can't stand or sit for to long and they say my disability has improved they need to update there doctors

I dealt with 4 persons at this facility and 3 of them were as inconsiderate as you can imagine. They were so antagonistic that it may be that they get extra pay for being rude. Terrible place. Very unprofessional
