I have to say Matt and his helper were great to work with he was very patient with me as I tried to make a decision on flooring, and allowed me to take samples home to help me decide. What I thought I wanted was not what I ended up having installed so the samples were a big help with this. The removal of the old floors, and there were 4 different old floors in some areas of this older home, was done professionally and installation went well and completed on time. They have many different products and good pricing. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking for flooring. Thank you Matt I’m very happy with my new floors. A couple pictures of before and after.

We went to the store looking for what we thought we wanted, and ended up going a totally different route after talking to Matt and taking home numerous samples. Matt quoted us on a basic install, then went above and beyond during the installation process with no extra fees. He takes his time to do the job right the first time and is definitely there to offer the customer a cost effective solution. Highly recommend if you are looking for any type of flooring in the area.

My wife and I visited Cobleskill Outlet to see what the cost of carpeting would be for the getaway house we recently purchased. After speaking with Matt and looking at samples we found a great product for a very reasonable price. Matt came out to the house and confirmed the measurements, then through the crazy snow storms made his way to install!! Highly recommend Cobleskill Outlet for your flooring needs!

We highly recommend Matt. He encouraged us to take samples home, which was helpful to determine what color would look best in the 2 spaces. He came and double checked our measurements, plus removed our old carpet and placed the new carpet in our living room and hallway. The carpet and installation was reasonably priced.

Nice family business, the owner and employees are very friendly and accommodating! They carry quality carpets and tile at a fair price.

It’s an awesome place, and when someone is there you get amazing help. However I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been there during open hours, the doors are locked, no one is there, I live 45 mins away and had to come back. No one ever answers the phone for any questions or help. I’ve gotten amazing product, however they need to be there for customers more.
