Haven't been here in 10 years., since moving out of Ashland. Work had me in the area, so I decided to have lunch here. Got the sirloin and steak fries. Steak was cooked perfectly. The real reason I stopped was for the Peanut Butter pie. Haven't had any as good as this place in 10 years. I've even tried to create a similar but failed. I asked the lady for the recipe, but she wouldn't give it up. She did give me some tips, that I appreciate and I can't wait to experiment. Absolutely friendly and attentive staff. Brought a whole PB pie home with me. Highly recommended.

Place was clean and quick. The Walleye dinner was hot and fresh. The cherry pie homemade and delicious.Prices were decent. A real family restaurant. 🥰We will come again!

Just happened to find this place coming back from Cleveland. Great food. Great service. My son and I had the country fried steak, my wife had the open faced roast beef, and my daughter had the Cleveland club sandwich. Potato skins for an appetizer. All of us were extremely happy with our selections. This never happens. Loved this place. Wish we would have had room to try the pies. Very reasonable pricing on everything.

Everything was amazing, especially the Pumpkin Waffle and the Caramel Coffee Milkshake. 😋

Our family was passing through the area and wanted to stop for dinner somewhere. We attempted a fast food restaurant, and it was dirty. We found Lyn-Way and decided to give it a try. What a hidden gem! The service was fast and friendly, the food was incredible. It was also very affordable, even in a time when everything is going up. All five family members agreed that we will be back! Delicious and affordable! We are grateful we found it!

They make the best pies! If you want a whole fruit pie to take home call 24 hours in advance.

Really nice place. The food was solid and our waitress did a wonderful job at taking care of us. The interior isn't really anything special, but I don't think it has to be in order to be a great restaurant. Definitely worth giving a shot.

Picking up my daughter at AU today, and wanted to grab a lunch before she's done school, so I came here. And am I glad I did.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, and my order came out quickly.

I ordered the BLT (with an extra serving of bacon ... ;-) ...you can see it poking out from under the slices of bread) and white country gravy (which was great with the fries!). The coffee was good too, strong just like I like it. A simple lunch, but so good.

Will definitely return next time I'm in Ashland, maybe will come by dinner.

Restaurant parking lot was full but wait was 10 minutes. The minute we sat waitress brought water. Within 5 minutes asked for our order and within another 15 minutes food was served hot and delicious. It was our 1st time there and definitely won't be the last. Their food was amazing as well as the service. The Cinnamon roll was beyond anything we ever had.

This place was fantastic!! We stopped for breakfast. Very clean friendly and fast pace. It’s definitely a local place but outsiders are treated the same. We definitely come back again.

First time here as we are not often in Ashland. Had a good meal, the asparagus with hot honey was awesome. Had a slice of blueberry pie that was incredible. Large berries and plenty of them. While I'm not in Ashland much, will return when I am.

We were in the area to pick up an order and had some time to waste. Thought we would support a local family restaurant. Server was very friendly and attentive. Food is reasonably priced and delicious. If we are ever in the area again we will stop back in!

We enjoyed an amazing country style lunch and pie for dessert. The pies were so amazing that when my husband had to work in Columbus, he picked up a pie on his way home. The staff are nice. We will find a reason to go back to Ashland so we can have lunch & pie there again

Great "Home Town Diner atmosphere...and the best home-made pies anywhere. The "Buckeye" pie is my favorite (especially on Saturdays when the #1 OSU Buckeyes takes the field).

A great place for comfort food. The pies are amazing and well worth ordering.

Just the right amount of old country dining. Breakfast is great, whatever you choose 😋
