I am so glad to see Marissa is back! We were about to find another carrier, for all the run a around I was going through, very unprofessional we never received the virtual visa card for switching to boost, customer service rep just kept passing us around to a another person and said I had to go back to the store and the lady at the store said it's not on them they dont have nothing to do with it, but when we came in to get new phones I saw Marissa, and right then I new we would be taken care of she went above and beyond to take care of us and she did!
