They were AWESOME. This was the first shop I found in town that would work on a hybrid car. They had it on the rack a few hours after it was towed. They originally said it was going to take 2 weeks for any fix, but he was able to squeeze it in the day of once they found out what was wrong. He sent a picture of the issue and called after to explain everything, then recommended I do one more thing to prevent more issues from happening. The price was definitely reasonable and I will be back!!! High recommend, thank you!!

Don't normally rate companies a 5* But the guy at the US 42 location went above and beyond helping us. Would recommend 👌 👍 it was a tow recovery but I appreciate you 🙏

Called in needed my serpentine belt replaced was worried about getting my car on the road asap and Travis took care of my issue in a timley manner and has professionally manners, skills, and a good crew with a good price I wasn't disappointed at all highly recommend for our Ashland town!

Service was very timely even though they were busy. Very friendly . Had my tire fixed in less than 10 minutes. The gentleman in charge told me to go inside and stay warm ! I’ve never had anyone even care if I’m cold . Nice touch and I would definitely use them again

On my way from Cleveland to Dayton my alternator stopped working. Right outside of Ashland I quickly found this place on google to stop and get it checked out. I could not be happier with my service! 30 minutes before the closed they took me in, got an alternator from a separate place, replaced it and I was back on the road in under 45 minutes of stopping. They were very friendly while I waited and I paid almost $300 less than if I were to have gone to my local Cleveland Firestone. So happy I ended up here!
