Wow! Today was my first time at The Olive Scene--staff was very friendly and explained to me how the product is set up. I was in for a gift and was directed to the seasonal balsamic vinegars. I know the quality of the oils and vinegars are top notch because I have received them as gifts in the past. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They walk you through all the different types of olive oils, boldness, flavor profiles, origins and so much more. On the other side is vinegar, which let me tell you absolutely blew my mind while tasting! There are card suggestions on how to pair the oil and vinegar together as well. I absolutely recommend this for an intimate date night experience or for any avid cook or salad lover!

Bought the strawberry and the raspberry vinaigrette, they have a lot of flavors available right now like cinnamon pear and dark chocolate and elderberry. Great on salads and good for you to no extra chemicals. Turned into Old bottles for a refund.

We stopped in for the Wollybear festival and met the sweetest ,nicest lady. I do believe she was the owner. After a wonderful conversation,we purchased a sea salt shaker and a large bottle of oil. We thought the salt was a refill jar, surprise! She told us about the ice festival, and other events in Vermillion. We will be attending as many as we can!.

Must, must, MUST VISIT!!! The taste testers alone are worth it! They have mail order as well but the store itself is an experience in itself. I’m a huge pull and vinegar fan so this is easily one of my favorite stores in all of Vermillion!

Great selection of olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Also sauces, pastas, snack items, anything you need to get creative. Nice store, helpful staff, convenient location and easy parking in Vermilion's shopping district.

Goods are somewhat pricey, decor is earthy, eclectic, pretty, organized. Staff is very personable. Many unusual and dilectable food items, beautiful kitchen tools. Educational about sourcing processing. Bottle recycling. Recipes and suggestions

My wife and I finally had a little day trip together. We haven't been able to get away since our 20th last year in July! Not because of the dempanic, we're busy! Great day strawberry picking and wondering Vermillion that included a stop at The Olive Scene. What a great experience! The knowledge of the fantastic ladies there was impressive! My wife and I are in retail and appreciate that!

The balsamic vinegar from here is quite literally my favorite thing in my cupboard. I got the espresso flavor and i use it in everything - avocado toast, salad dressings, I just added a tbsp to a bolognese and it made the whole dish. When I went to the store in person pre-Covid the people were very friendly too! No overt sales pressure. Highly recommend this place!

My first time here and i loved it ! Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful . They are eager for you to try all there products! My only complaint is how the one older woman wouldn't let the young girl working continue to help us out ! The young girl was super sweet and wasnt pushy like the older woman was !

Very nice, clean, and well organized store. Absolutely a wonderful selection of flavored olive oil and vinegars.
Prices are better here than comparable products from Sandusky's Vine & Olive.
The staff are very knowledgeable about their products, helpful, and friendly.
They also carry Rossi Pasta, sauces, serving bowls and accessories.
A unique store well worth the stop to shop if looking for these kind of items. 😀😉

Like a kid in a candy store when we visit. You can sample all olive oils and Balsamic vinegars before you buy..and nd trust me you will want them all if you are into balsamic and oils. Great friendly knowledgeable employees. Products are top notch.

What a unique and entertaining place to buy healthy food. It's really fun to be able to taste test so many unique flavors of olive oil and vinegar. I never knew how good these can be when they are fresh. Don't miss this gem in Vermilion!

Best way possible to taste test olive oil and become informed about the nutritional content of the product before you purchase. Vinegars are delightfully flavorful, too!
