McDonald's

I usually don’t leave reviews for a McDonald’s but this one is nice. Food was fresh and people were nice. And it had truck parking in the back.

I always love to hear a friendly voice when I have to deal with any kind of customer service and the last three times I have been here I have definitely got that very friendly voice! They were also very quick and not annoyed at all when I asked for no ice in my drink which a lot of people do.

Seems clean enough usually runs pretty efficiently and quick. Sometimes you can tell the younger employees get flustered when it gets busy, when this happens it's usually best to be patient and understanding. They are kids, it's probably their first job, it's all relatively new to them.

Excellent service by Mr. Jackson. Thanks for making our night by your kind and on-time service. Including easily making a last minute order addition.

This is by far the cleanest McDonald's restaurant I've ever been to in the over 30+ years visiting them, on and off, with my daughter, granddaughter, friends, family, solo, from the lobby to behind the counter, the grill & fry areas, restrooms, and parking lot! The friendliest and well orchestrated staff working and communicating together. No yelling, no attitude, no upsets from the back! And the other most amazing experience... MY FOOD ORDER WAS "HOT & CORRECT!" 🤙🤙🤙I was so happily shocked and pleased, I felt tears building up in my eyes. I highly recommend this location to everyone and hope they get to experience the same as I. Enjoy & Godspeed everyone !

Best McDonald's food I have had in years.

This McDonals is a great place to relax and do some work. Free Wifi and helpful staff. They also have the latest in ordering Kiosks, which make it easy to order and no line wait.

The entire facility was clean, and that is important. Even the parking lot was clean. I was there at lunch, so they were busy, but the atmosphere was pleasant, very low key and relaxing, but the workers were efficient. There was plenty of staff, and they knew what they were doing. There was no shouting, no long waits for service or for orders. That is a reflection of good management.

Go to this location due to the sweet tea is the best in our area it tastes fresh and just right. Also service is good. The biscuits are also fresh and not hard and dry like at other locations in the county. I drive an extra distance from where I live to go to Dover location keep up good work!!

Even though I didn't order much everyone there was wonderful they were very nice

I feel like McDonald's has really stepped up their game. After having a few BAD experiences at other local fast food restaurants that were always my favorite in the past, I decided it's time to try McDonald's again. I've been there twice in the last month and I gotta say I was really impressed. Fries were fresh and hot ( My pet peeve of the whole meal) and my Big Mac hot and bun super fresh. Friendly and fast for as busy as they were. If this keeps up, they've won me over!

They were busy when I was there. My order was correct the first time. I noticed they needed to communicate better with each other. And if they would of slowed down and not been so rattled they would gone faster.

They were so busy since half of town has no electricity, but they remained calm and helpful and my food was delicious. This is the only McDonald's thus far that I can eat at and not have repercussions from!

Dover, you have stepped it up! Congratulations! I often drive (a town away) for the good coffees & friendly service! Austin, in the drive thru is so friendly & always gives “service with a smile”! He deserves some recognition. Good kid! Keeps me coming back! Keep up the good work Dover!

Went through the drive-thru, this McDonald's always has better drinks & the food is fesher than the on closer to were I live.

Food was good ,service was slow. They need more employees per shift. Had to wait way to long.

Stopped for breakfast. Inside was open, bright and clean! People were fast and friendly. Even brought us our food!
