I went to 3 differently orthodontist, some were dirt over priced and unprofessional. But then just as I was losing hope I found this location in the heart of Redlands at the packing district by sprouts shopping center. The Doc, is amazing and kind the front desk team are patient kind and inviting. And trust me I have lots of questions and they answered them all. My insurance didn’t cover my son’s braces but they gave me a great price and in house financing. With great payment plan. I highly recommend them to everyone. The also do cleanings.

Great service if you need dental help. I had a great visit and the family atmosphere was great. I was at ease with visit. Afterwards after the work I felt great. Thank you

Upon entering the packinghouse dental orthodontics I noticed the great look and atmosphere. My daughter said wow mom this place looks so cool!!! The front desk dental assistant was so approachable and knowledgeable to all my insurance questions. We went straight to the back after filling out paperwork. Doc was so nice and just all around great with my kiddos. I definitely recommend this dental office.

Dr. Kethcherside and his ortho staff are absolutely amazing. The front office staff is always kind and treat you in a warming and professional matter. Dr. Ketcherside is amazing to say the least, he is a glass half full type of guy, nothing but positivity every time he is with his patients. My teeth have never looked better and I am so thankful to have found this place. If you’re looking for a ortho there is no better place to go. I will say that the office can be a little busy sometimes but that is expected from a place that is this great!

If I could rate this dental office 10/10 I would! The front desk staff acknowledged me right when I walked in. All the employees including the Dr create such a great atmosphere to be around. When it came to my braces they explained everything step by step providing me with great feedback and suggestions that would help me with the process. I absolutely love going here. Everyone’s so polite and courteous.

Lots of good things to say here. Ladies are always welcoming up front and are quick to get your needs met( next appointment and such). Doctor and other personnel in the back do a great job getting my child a great smile. Oh yea they got snacks and drinks for while you wait.

The Redlands Packing House Dental Facility definitely deserves five stars! The staff from the Orthodontist, Dr. Ketcherside, to the office employees are the best professionals you'll find. The facility has a friendly atmosphere, is trend setting with a state of the art environment.

I travel an hour away to be serviced, received my first root canal everyone is so welcoming and caring. The best place for ortho and general! 10/10 definitely recommend.

At the age of 27, I finally decided to get over my phobia of getting braces because I hated my teeth. I had an overbite and my teeth had a lot of gaps. Adult braces weren’t so bad and 3 years flew by. I just got them off today and I can’t stop smiling! Having a beautiful smile was once but a dream but thanks to Dr. Ketcherside and his amazing staff, it is now a reality for me. They always made me feel comfortable and their service was always friendly and efficient. For other adults like me that are afraid of being judged for adult braces, don’t be! It’s usually a conversation starter and totally worth it! I can’t recommend this orthodontist office enough!!

So happy the Packing House District Dental and Orthodontics opened in Redlands! Not only is the office beautiful but the service is incredible! Dr. Ketcherside is a perfectionist so you will definitely get the most beautiful smile ever! I have 5 children and they all received treatment at the Corona office and all have gorgeous smiles thanks to Dr. K! Everyone at both offices from the receptionist, office manager and assistants to the Doctors are all so friendly, helpful and truly concerned about your treatment and care. Definitely recommend the Packing House Dental and Orthodontics for your oral care.

Getting my braces done by Dr. Ketcherside. He and his staff have been great at getting my teeth straight and the process has been very smooth. Dr. Ketcherside has kept me updated throughout the duration of time I've had my braces. I am extremely pleased with his work.
