I absolutely love Lynn!
When I first called Liberty Avenue Storage, Lynn answered. And I am so thankful she did. Lynn took the time to answer all my questions, and I had a lot! She explained storage units and what items would fit in certain sizes. I was having a hard time with things, but she listened and cared enough to help me with this.
We set up a time for me to come and look. I didn't realize how far it was away from me until I arrived. Then Lynn did something you never see someone do these days. She helped me a find a storage unit closer to my home. It is one of their sister sites. Lynn even took me out to see what one of the units looked like. She took the time out to help, and I am beyond grateful for her.
With everything going on in my life right now, she definitely brought a smile to my face.
I would tell the owners to never let her go, and I am definitely going to recommend Liberty Avenue Storage!!

Our experience at Liberty Avenue Storage was great through-out the 5+ years we stored equipment and materials there. Its a secured and spacious location where we never had to worry about our assets. We recently left Liberty Storage only because our new building is capable of storing everything now under one roof.
I want to thank Lynn Holman for exhibiting a remarkable level of care and attention while we were making the final transition to relocate to our new facility. What really impressed me most was Lynn's commitment to follow up promptly and consistently.

Tina is so wonderful! She worked with me through urgently needing a place to put my car as its broken down. She was so patient with me as I was frantically trying to figure everything out and she walked me through everything from getting through the gate to setting up the lock! She made a very hard thing much easier to deal with, definitely gives the company an amazing look!

I was looking to store my belongings and called Liberty Mini Storage. Barb answered the the phone and was very professional and courteous and had availability. She was very helpful on the size I would need and the price was very affordable. The units are clean and cameras for safety, I would return if I had to. Customer service is everything to me.
