Like many, I ran into Danny's fantastic ship tours on YouTube and was introduced to Harr Travel. In the past, we've booked directly on the cruise line websites, but never again! The level of service Harr Travel provides is unmatched and having a dedicated team ready to answer all of your questions is such a blessing. We worked with Bill recently for a cruise and he was always available to resolve any issues and answer our questions - more timely and accurate than going through the cruise line directly. I worked with Robert and he was wonderful! My whole experience from the beginning was so streamlined and professional. From the confirmation and welcome email to easily setting up a call to discuss the type of trip I was looking for, it was very easy. He shared some of his own experiences on different cruises and helped us make the decision that was best for us. His follow up was quick and provided us all of the details of the trip. My husband and I decided to go on our first cruise in 2025. We will be celebrating our 35th anniversary in July of 2025 and we wanted to treat ourselves to an amazing vacation, so we started our research. We have been working on this trip for MONTHS, but early on I had found a YouTube video of Danny from Harr Travel doing a walkthrough of a Viking Cruise ship and was impressed with how thorough it was. We thought we had come to a decision on our own, but hadn't made any permanent moves toward booking the trip. We kept looking at different cruise lines and different trips using the internet and YouTube videos...I found myself seeking out the videos produced by Harr Travel again and again because of how thorough they are!

So - I finally contacted them to book a cruise with Celebrity and was NOT disappointed. I filled out the questionnaire, answered a few questions and was immediately contacted. In less than 24 hours, a phone conference was scheduled with Amanda. She listened to what I wanted, answered my many questions patiently and knowledgeably. She followed up when needed and I am so happy I contacted Harr Travel. I feel so comfortable working with them - AND they got me a GREAT deal on my cruise! My husband and I are thrilled with how things have been handled so far and we know Harr Travel will be there to help us every step of the way.

I hope this is the first of many cruises with my husband and I fully expect to contact Harr Travel for each and every one of them.

The experience of booking through Harr was awesome. Robert was so nice in explaining all the details. The best part I liked about working with Robert was we never felt he was pushing or rushing us through the process, he let us take time to think and decide. We would highly recommend booking your cruise through Robert and Harr.

Robert Cook is the best travel agent we have encountered. His knowledge of the cruise industry is vast. Robert’s commitment to customer service is outstanding. No matter when we contact him (even though we are in a different time zone and country) he responds usually within an hour or so—days, evenings, weekends. If he doesn’t, which is rare, we know he is either without internet or is dealing with another customer. Robert is always pleasant and puts the customer first. He was recommended to us and we have recommended him to others. Truly can’t say enough about his attention to client needs. We have already booked 3 cruises through his service and plan to contact him for future cruises—once we know where we want to go. So if this isn’t enough to convince you to use Robert Cook at Harr travel, I don’t know what else I can say to convince you. Robert is definitely a 5+ star of the travel industry.

I learned about Harr Travel by watching the great videos the owner had made, they were detailed and very helpful. After watching I decided to reach out and the Travel Advisor was extremely helpful from the sale and thru out the process......I would highly recommend Harr Travel for booking your travel and watching the many videos to help pick the perfect cruise

I found out about Harr Travel watching You Tube, his videos on various cruise ships, with his professionalism and attention to detail, when showing full tours of each ship and staterooms, specifically with Royal Caribbean ships got me interested in cruising with Royal and booking with a travel advisor.

My travel advisor is Amanda,and she is so awesome, whenever I have questions about a cruise ship, as far as the best location on a ship, obstructions, which rooms are left, and also getting the best rate at that time.

Amanda always contacts me sometime that day or evening, giving me information, so that I can quickly book the stateroom and not have to worry about stateroom selling out and I consistently get updates about when the final payment date is as well as information on cruise planning and on check in process.

Amanda has a great personality is very professional, kind and courteous.
It is a pleasure having her as my travel advisor.

My wife and I have booked several cruises through Harr Travel over the years. Our travel advisor Robert has been a pleasure to work with and easy to connect with any questions or support needs. We love that we have been able to work consistantly with the same advisor over the years and the personal service we recieve. Previously we booked our cruises directly through the cruise line, but Harr Travel has been a great experience and has defnitely made our cruise booking easier and I feel we are well informed on our selections and get the best value. OK, Let me start out by saying that I am a regular traveler and I decided to try Harr Travel due to Danny's fantastic YouTube Videos on all kinds of cruise ships. I was first help by the delightful Keri Stocks in Customer Service that hook me up with the a Travel Agent named Robert Cook. She told me is excellent and has a large number of repeat customer and now I know why. Keri set up to have Robert call me the next day at 1:00 pm. and sure enough Robert call me at ohEXACTLY 1:00 pm. By the way I also had some questions for Keri the night before so I called her expecting to get a voice recording since in was way past her normal working hours. But guess what? She had already read my email and pick up on the first ring to help me out! I was shocked and delighted. Now let me tell you that Robert Cook is the BOMB!!! Trust me on this. This man did everything in his power to make sure me and my wife will have the best cabin available at the time and to make sure we have a fantastic cruise to New England, including finding some major credits from Celebrity Cruises from last December's cruise to the Caribbean. Both my wife and I got sick for the last few days and Celebrity said they would be happy to give us credit for those 2-3 day. Three for me and two for my wife. Well I talked to other travel agents and they told me I would have to contact Celebrity and deal with that myself. Well obviously Robert is not your typical travel agent and in a few hours was able to get Celebrity Cruise to give me a credit of $1,896.00 on my upcoming cruise. Now he did not have to do this because I already booked and paid for 1/2 the cruise up front. I can tell you that wife and I are over the moon with this type of service! Harr Travel is different. It is obvious to me that their employees truly care about their customer base. I want to personally thank Danny, Keri and above all Robert Cook for going way beyond to help us out. HARR TRAVEL is the real deal.

Nick Minucci helped us book a Princess Cruise Tour. He was patient and asked so many questions so that he knew exactly what we wanted. We will be using him for all our cruise bookings in the future! I needed to edit this review… we had a problem with our booking and I left a message for Nick on his day off. I didn’t expect him to respond until his weekend was over. I was surprised when I got a phone call a couple of hours later and he fixed the problem. Then called on his next day off just to check that we were completely satisfied. This company believes in customer satisfaction!! I’m so impressed. 6 stars!!

Working with Bill has been an absolutely great experience so far! He has been very patient with this first timer and has explained everything in detail. I had a ton of questions and he went through everything with me to make sure I was educated and comfortable with my decision. He also did not pressure me whatsoever and made sure I was getting the best deal. I really appreciate the time and effort he has put in to helping me. I've never used a travel agent before, but I will certainly be using these folks service for cruises going forward.

On my last cruise I met Harr travel agent Crystal who mentioned she cruises with her clients and tries to help them as much as possible. When I was ready to book my next vacation I reconnected with her. Since then she has helped me book 2 cruises and has demonstrated she has an expert level of information on the cruising industry. I have learned a lot of valuable information talking to her and she has really made a positive impact on my booking experience. She has done such a great job I recommended her to the rest of my family who are also using her to book their vacations as well. Working with Crystal you can tell she cares about her clients and goes the extra mile however she can.
