Great place off the beaten path. Cozy atmosphere. Delicious food. Extensive craft beer menu. Friendly staff. Can’t wait to go back again to try something else.

Great spot in Charlestown to enjoy during the summer. They have a lawn area with corn hole and bocci. There’s indoor and outdoor seating. Best part is the live music venue that features a giant fire pit. The food is what you’d expect from a typically bar and the cocktails and draft beer list is extensive. They do get very busy so service can get bogged down. However, would recommend this spot to anyone in the area.

Great place out in the middle of nowhere. Very cool spot to have dinner or just relax. The food was excellent. Prices ranged from reasonable to pretty expensive for some dishes. Good selection of beers and specialty drinks. Waitress was very nice and attentive. If you are close or don't mind the drive it's well worth going to.

It was our first time at The Charlestown Rathskeller after it was highly recommended. And WOW!! We were so impressed. Our server was super friendly and attentive. We ordered the pretzel, which you have to get with the beer cheese. My wife’s watermelon margarita was so good, and we all loved our entrees. This is a place that is definitely worth the drive!!

We were passing through and stopped here for dinner. It was crowded, but we were seated in about 10 minutes. Our waitress was very good and she was funny. There were several items on the menu I wanted to try, but the Jagerschnitzel was too tempting. It did not disappoint. A nice crust on a flavorful piece of pork. The gravy was excellent. You can’t see in the picture, but there are mashed potatoes and red cabbage with apples. The cabbage was perfect. A little bit of spice balanced with the sweetness of the apples. And the portion was large. One of the few times I was not able to clean my plate. If I am ever in the area again, I will plan to stop here again.

Amazing time at the Charlestown Rathskeller last night. Beautiful venue, kid friendly. Full Stage outside concert with Wicked Peach was 🔥🔥🔥 we danced all night. Great #restaurant, #outdoorgames, #firepit ... This place was worth the visit...

Excellent fries!!!! Generous portions! Fun atmosphere. huge lobster rolls. This time around I got a huge salad and nachos were excellent. Live music on Friday night was a jazz trio that sounded fantastic. Cool. Not too packed, wait was 20 minutes for a table and we had drinks at the bar. Huge pretzel w cheese sauce made. A great dessert

Food was awesome as usual. Very good waitress. Very attentive and pleasant to deal with.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. We only went here because we were driving through Charleston, RI. Food and drink selection is excellent...something for everyone. Staff was also very nice. Definitely makeing the trip more often.

My husband and I went on a Thursday night about 7:30 No wait and offered a choice of seating. We both has fish and chips which were served piping hot and cooked perfectly. Good fries and cold Draft beer really cold and refreshing. Finished off with strawberry shortcake. Unusual vanilla creamy syrup and a heavy pound cake like base. Delicious! One of the most pleasant things was that the staff were all smiling and cheerful and it seemed genuine! Would definitely go back!

Friendly neighborhood restaurant. Very yummy food! Super worth going and it's like Richards pub but like ... Better in most ways except that it's far. Our waitress was really nice and had the best ink!

Had a great burger, and a beer. Nice atmosphere and service. Would have been nice if the fries had come with the burger, but they were worth getting on the side.

Absolutely love this place! The outdoor food offerings have greatly improved and there’s nothing like watching a band perform outdoors while hanging out by the fire pit.

Saw this place featured on a news segment....made me interested and wa ted to try it. Food was great our waitress Anna was great and the atmosphere was perfect. My husband and I will be going back here again soon.

I did not expect garlic parmesan chicken tenders (pictured) to be a memorable culinary masterpiece, but they were! Huge, full, roasted cloves of garlic. Juicy, tender, fried chicken. Course grated parmesan. It was really all we needed. The pork schnitzel was excellent too, as was the strawberry/basil vodka lemonade. Friendly service, a beautiful bar and a good food value. I can't wait to go back!

Great food and great waitress! I wish I remembered her name... if you have her you will know. The loaded fries were great! The reuben didn't have enough saurkraut but it was still good. Great bar too.

Went to a concert for No Shoes Nation and this was a great spot. I think it was better because it rained, with the tent and awesome fire pit it was a fun night.

Went for the lobster roll! Delicious! Truffle fries hand cut and perfectly fried. Fish sandwich on brioche delicious. Good selection of craft beer. Charming atmosphere. Remote location...quiet but fun vibe. Bella our server was fabulous!!!

Best version of calamari I have ever tasted! Wirth the convoluted drive, but I hope to understand the lay of the land and use other routes to get there.

Wow when my mom said we would have to show up at 4:50pm to get a seat she wasn't kidding. The French Fries are absolutely amazing the South County favorites Salt and vinegar were stand outs. I had the lobster roll which was plentiful and yummy. The rest of the table had cobb salads and all loved their meals too. Hadn't been here is 20 years, great bar and food.
