Went for lunch on a Wednesday between Christmas and new year. We had our dog with us so sat outside on the patio in the cool alleyway. Staff were attentive and the inside looked very cool if we were to sit o side. We ordered iced coffee and Diet Coke and the Hashbrowns and the BFast Sammy. The hasbrowns were amazing! They are square of friend hash browns topped with pulled pork, southwest semi spicy aioli and avocado and pickled onions. The bfast Sammy was good, but the fries were a little too crunchy for my liking. Was a great spot with a cool vibe. $52 for 2 people including tip and tax. Recommend!

Dropped in for dinner and stayed for cocktails. Food options were creative, and Everette provided excellent guidance based on our tastes. After dinner, we visited the bar for a couple of "off script" old fashions. Mandi delivered excellent in promptu libations based on our three word preferences (e.g. savory, smokey, coffee). This establishment is up to the challenge. I'll be back there soon.

Referred by Michelle at Fox Theater after checking it out for a wedding venue Saturday noon. Copehouse was very busy, hostess helped out right away, text wait-list was convenient. Decided to drink and eat at bar, delicious foods: Cope Burger and Arugula salad hit the spot. Burger cooked perfectly.
Austin the bartender was a star, super friendly, hustling hard making drinks for wait staff, and provided excellent bar service for both food and libations. Austin poured us a Morning Glory Sprtiza, a custom no sugar drink for my fiancèe, and an awesome Watermelon Paloma which is like a vacation in yo mouth!! Don't pass it up, get the Watermelon Paloma!!

Austin is THE MAN behind the bar. Always making sure the glass is full and to our liking and friendly as always. Food is great. The new chef and new menu are good. I wish they'd bring back the old pulled pork benedict, but one can only hope, lol. The loaded hashbrowns are solid.

Got seated pretty quickly, and the food was excellent! Staff was very friendly, courteous and patient with all our questions. The Queens Blood with their own house-made bloody mary mix was very tasty. Only negative was the music was too loud. Other than that, we will definitely visit again!

I just want to be one with the truffle fries.. Get one of their fancy cocktails to sip and enjoy the ambiance. Tomato bisque and grilled cheese was good, so was the chicken lettuce wraps with all the fresh veg. Must've eaten the fries too fast to get them in the pic..

Great, quiet spot for a drink and appetizers. The only downside was they were short staffed, but that is common now a days. Staff was friendly, food was great, drinks were delicious. Will definitely come back again.

Super cute spot! My first time here for brunch.
Awesome vibes. The bartender made me an iced coffee with delicious cold brew and cream. My boyfriend had a mimosa.
I ordered pancakes. So yummy!

I will say though that the restaurant is small. We were sitting at the bar. Get there early on the weekend because if not you’ll be waiting at least an hour for a spot at a table. Otherwise you can sit in the bar and that’s what we did and it worked out just fine!

Truly next-level flavors in a killer location. We went to have brunch for my wife's birthday and we decided to give this place a try. We were sat in the alley, which is super cool if you haven't checked it out yet, and we're greeted right away. Service was pretty good and our waitress did a good job of taking care of us. All the staff we encountered were polite and showed a sense of urgency. The setting is a quaint back alley with mixed colors of umbrellas hanging from the air the entire length of the alley. There are multiple restaurants tucked in this alley making it a hot spot for the hunger or cocktail enthused. The menu seemed to be a brunch menu and I felt it was a little all over the place. I would've liked to see some small plate options or appetizers at this time, but what was offered sounded really good. We got the burger, soft shell crab sandwich and what essentially is their chilaquiles with pork. I ordered their truffle fries as a starter as I couldn't really find anything we could try before our meal. It worked out well. The truffle fries were the perfect kind of crispy layered with garlic and truffle oil and shaved parmesan cheese. These were legit and honestly might have been the best thing we are there. Seriously, I've had many plates of truffle fries in my day and 80% of the time they are mistakenly coated with WAAAAAYY too much truffle oil, but the balance on these were divine. And that's not even mentioning how good the actual fry itself was. The soft shell crab was crunchy and, personally, not the best one I've ever had, but still very good and loaded with top-notch veggies. All the vegetables they used on the burgers were definitely elevated and I'm guessing local or organic or something that likely makes them expensive because they rock. The attention to detail with the veggies really took this place up a notch. My chilaquiles were fantastic with amazingly savory pork and verde sauce layered with fresh bell peppers and two fried eggs. The food here is definitely the main focus and you can taste it. Which makes this my kind of place. For such a quick brunch, I was really impressed. I look forward to going back and seeing the dining room and hopefully seeing a dinner menu with small plates or appetizers. Overall, it's a bit pricy, but the quality you see in things like lettuce, tomatoes and potatoes are second to none. I know this may seem trivial, but these are the difference makers. These are the things that restaurant owners typically skimp on to cut costs because so few diners notice the difference in quality vegetables. They are small parts of a big wheel that serves up some truly elevated food with delicate care and intent. I'll be back.

Cozy spot hidden in the umbrella alley in downtown redlands. Excellent service by the bartender who had us taste a drink before ordering because the liquor was an acquired taste. The drinks were Strong with a capital S lol. We got their signature burger and lobster roll, both were delicious.

I came here for brunch with some friends. It’s a small place but very nice atmosphere, the guy serving us forgot to get my water twice but overall brought it over in a few and attended us with champagne and other mixed drinks. Overall great time chatting and loved how they let us stay longer than we should have stayed. We will definitely come again soon and thank you!

Great food and fun atmosphere! The service was fast and friendly. The French toast were delicious! The Fungus and Mold Burger was a delight. They also have freshly squeezed orange juice for bottomless mimosas!

Best drinks I've had in awhile! And good food too 😀.

Came here for happy hour to enjoy a nice afternoon with the wife after flying in from Denver during the A.M.

We were rewarded with a nice chat and great service from the bartender. He came to us personally to talk about a drink I ordered - Chiquita Chiquita.

It was a vodka based cocktail with banana, jalapeño, and lemon. Don't let the banana fool you - This drink is a MUST have! A light banana flavor started the sip followed by a nice spice from the jalapeño and pleasant citrus finish from the lemon.

The bartender made me an excellent custom gin based drink after I told him gin was my favorite spirit. It was phenomenal as well. My wife and I have labeled it "An Ode to Gin" based on it's gin-forward but still sippable flavor profile.

The happy hour food items we ordered we also good. We ordered the Margherita Flatbread and the Loaded Pork Fries - as pictured.

If you've made it this far, the recommendation is Yes. Enjoy 😉!

Impressed with the food, cocktails, staff, and prices! I tried the bbq pulled pork sliders, the avo-peno angus sliders, the artichoke, and the Japanese potstickers. All were exceptional. The "Bonsai," "botanist" and "penicillin" cocktails were all terrific as well. Copehouse's menu seems to offer more variety and at more competitive price points than some of the other gastropubs in Downtown Redlands.

This place is totally awesome 👌🏻. We went for brunch and sat at the bar area. There was already a line when they opened. I got the biscuits and gravy. Freaking amazing! My husband got the Alys sandwich. The drinks were also the best.
Props to chef Kevin for the delicious food. Also props to Austin for the best drinks. 👌🏻
Will be coming back for happy hour. 😊
