I absolutely loved my experience at Blume & Co. They were all so friendly the minute I came to check in to the moment I left. Heather was my hairstylist and was so kind and sweet! She has such a warm, loving, personality that just made my whole experience so relaxing and comforting. I love my haircut, she definitely knows what she’s doing and is so talented. She took the time to make my experience so beautiful and I hope she knows how much I appreciated that since I was cutting my hair for a special reason. I would absolutely recommend the shop and also going to Heather for your hair wants and needs :)

I wish I had received their follow up email, that they send out after your appointment, before I posted my initial review. Because in the email, they provide contact information if you are not satisfied with your hair. I would’ve gone down that route. However, since I posted my review first, here is my updated Re use:

First of all, Heather, the owner, is a boss. First, she responded to my reviews very professionally without being defensive. Next, she invited me to come back to see what I was not happy with. When I came in, Heather was friendly and welcoming. The stylist who originally cut my hair was there as well. Heather informed me that ideally the appointment would’ve included that stylist, but she was busy. I think that is so cool. Heather truly wants to see her stylists BLUME. She was able to touch up parts to ultimately give me the look I wanted and was happy with.

Although I didn’t love my cut at my first appointment, Heather more than made up for it and I highly recommend this salon. Thank you Heather and your team at Blume!

I absolutely love this salon! I am so happy with my pixie cut. It is exactly what I wanted. After searching for several years, I found my new salon home. Heather is exceptional! Everyone is so friendly, professional and extremely talented. I’ll never go anywhere else. Thank you, Heather, for giving this old lady a “lift” in life! I love their online scheduling, and guest intake process. Very progressive.

The studio itself is very clean and quiet. I had a curly cut done with Bretina and it was amazing! She listened and made my hair look great. Will definitely be returning

My daughter and I absolutely love Ms. Bretina. It took a while and a lot of searching to find someone local and knowledgeable in curly hair. My daughter is biracial and has beautiful coils, Thanks to Bretina my daughter's hair remains healthy and hydrated from the knowledge and how to she bestows on her clients.

Bretina is amazing , very sweet and is amazing with her curly haircuts! I love how my hair came out and she gave me lots of knowledge on how to style and get the same look! The salon is very chill and has peaceful soothing vibes . Will definitely be back , 10/10 🫶🏽

And The Curl Queen of the Inland Empire [and beyond😊] Bretina, @bretinajhair is such a talented stylist, with a beautiful smile, and spirit to match! If you have curly hair, and need to learn how to style it, maintain it, and learn about the correct products to use on your curls, I recommend contacting Bretina ASAP!

I'm visiting family from out of state and desperately needed a wash/cut/style. Using Cre salon's website, I was able to find the link for setting up an appointment via text.
Within 24 hours, I was contacted to fill out a simple form to help the stylist figure out what type of hair I have using a couple of pics, and what style I was looking for based on an inspiration pic. How convenient!
I was paired with Honesty, who was able to get me in the next morning. When I arrived, the staff were all welcoming and about their business. The salon itself has a very clean desert palette aesthetic.
Honesty was professional and friendly, explaining every step of the process (I have long, THICK Filipina hair and wanted layers, curtain bangs, some length off, etc). The haircut included a massage and conditioning treatment *in the price*.
I really hope I can find a salon like this back home in Charlotte because the value cannot be beat. Honesty should be charging $75+ for her haircuts. She's worth it!

I have gotten my curly hair cut with Bretina who is wonderful and helped me start my curly hair journey. Most recently I came in to fix a bad hair color job done to my hair. Honesty fixed my hair and gave me a new look that I love and I can’t wait to go back. I don’t see myself ever using a different salon now.

This was my first experience going to Cre, I had the pleasure of meeting Honesty and she was amazing. She was so sweet and confident in what she was about to do to my hair. Most ladies like to go to a hair studio and talk all day, I personally love just relaxing and enjoying the moment for a few hours. She had no problem with that, plus I loved how it let her really concentrate on what she was doing and she really took her time and that made me feel so good about the whole experience. I've never had a more relaxing experience at a salon. Can't wait to go back to her again in a couple months. (:

Finding someone who specializes in curly hair is hard enough, but Bretina is a master!! I went in very nervous and shy about my idea for my hair transformation, and I left feeling so confident and happy with my decision! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind!! I trust her with my LIFE <3

Thanks to Bretina I finally have the look I've always wanted for my naturally curly hair. Bretina is professional and truly an expert in curly hair. She taught me how to style and maintain my curls as well. Now I wear my natural curls with confidence.

All the staff is friendly and helpful. When you come in, you are greeted by staff and asked if you need something to drink. The shop is beautiful and very relaxing. During your appointment you get a free hand massage. Cre uses Aveda products that are amazing. My hair always looks great.

I have never been disappointed with this hair salon. They are professionals and go beyond the call of duty by explaining hair care product, how to style your hair, and take time every appointment to make sure the service you are asking for is what you get. The atmosphere is like being with family!

I had a consultation yesterday with Lucy. From the moment I walked in everyone made us feel welcomed. The salon is beautiful, and I wanted to stay in the warm, and inviting environment longer. Lucy was great! We discussed what I wanted, and because I am African-American with coarser textured hair I wanted to know if she'd be comfortable washing, blowdrying, flatironing, and cutting my hair. She shared how she'll cut it, and I was pleased with her vision. Lucy is up for the challenge and I return Friday for my appointment. I can hardly wait! Everyone at Cre Hair Studio rocks! Cre Hair Studio does so much more than just "tick all the boxes." My cut and color are always perfect...the salon is exceptionally clean...the hand massage while I wait for the color to develop is a real treat for my arthritic hands. Everyone there makes me feel like more of a friend than a client.

First time there and I loved the service and the hair cut. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Tina and Heather were amazing. Definitely, going back as a regular now.
