Great choice

Job took 6+months to renovate the bathroom. Was originally told 1-2 months. She tried to claim the work took so long because I changed my mind about the color choice. To repaint the bathroom, she charged me $700. I repainted it myself in only 30 minutes and did a much neater job. When I told one of the workers how much I was charged and the sloppy work it was, he just laughed. They would come most days late in the morning (10:00 or so) and leave at noon.

All money was paid except for final payment, which I was holding off paying til job was completed. Ann-Marie said if I didn’t pay her the final payment BEFORE the job was done, she would put a lien on my house. I had to trust they would not run off after getting final payment before work was completed. A subcontractor of theirs, at my house, told me they were notorious for not paying them in a timely way, also.
