I could not have had a better experience! Kristy and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and friendly when I arrived. Sometimes walking into new service-based businesses can feel awkward at first, but not at all here! I had a HydraFacial with Kassandra today and I absolutely loved it. She was so kind and knowledgeable and really created the most relaxing atmosphere. My face felt so renewed and by the end of the service, I even felt relaxing yoga-type vibes as she finished the treatment. I will absolutely be returning in the future.

Absolutely the very best medical spa . Professionalism is their mantra. Beginning with the front desk they have the friendliest and most caring and welcoming personnel ever (Kristy) The PA Heather is knowledgeable and one of the Elite in the field of injections in other words she is the best. I have been treated by Heather for over 10 years. She is the only person I would trust to inject anything in my face. I am 42 and is mistaken for a person in my twenties all the time. That is all thanks to Heather. She is not only professional and truly gifted, she is one of the kindest people I know. Her staff is amazing, kind , and so helpful. Very caring, pleasant experience. I went in looking for advice for my issues and felt the advice was extremely professional and not sales or pushy at all! They even recommended I wait on a procedure to allow inflammation to subside. I felt they cared much more about my well-being than making a buck. I LOVE all the gals at Natural Elegance! They are all genuinely nice and just so dang fun! I’ve done Botox with Heather and Jen, lip filler with Heather, laser hair removal with Jen, and an amazing facial and most recently a lash lift and tint (pictured) with Kassandra! I love coming to Natural Elegance - the staff is awesome - it's like hanging out with friends - So much fun and to be treated like you are the most important person in the room is more than I could ask for. I have never been disappointed with any treatment I have had done - The results have always been better than what I expected - Heather walks you through the entire process and always answers questions and to make sure that you are comfortable. I just had a hydrafacial with Kassandra, and it was the most relaxing and thorough facial I have ever had done. Immediately after, my skin is glowing. No more winter dryness. The feeling you get after you get a good teeth cleaning and not wanting to eat again…well, I don’t want to wear makeup again my skin feels so good 😊 I also go to Jen for Botox, and she is the best ever!! Super gentle, and very precise placement. Natural Elegance is the place to go for all your beauty needs!
