I love this place , it’s like my second home and family . The coaches are great and really make sure you get the most out of what you are trying to accomplish. Sometimes it can be intimidating when joining a new place, but there is always lots of options whether to scale a workout or go heavy the coaches will lead you in the right direction. There’s classes all throughout the day and even open gym hours in between. I’ve made a lot of great friends at this place and am happy I found this gym

I cannot say enough great things about this gym. I came in brand new to this type of workout and they really took the time to teach me how to properly do all of the movements. People greet you with a smile and are so motivating to workout with! They really challenge you to your fullest potential! I cannot recommend VNGCE enough!

I absolutely love VNGCE! The coaches are amazing, the workouts are challenging in the best way, you will always find yourself pushing yourself to be stronger, faster, and healthier at this gym. The members at VNGCE are also so kind and encouraging. I would recommend this gym to anyone!

This has been my home gym for over 10 years. Great people, amazing programming, top-notch equipment and kept very clean. For folks at all stages of fitness, from advanced to beginners. If you’re just starting out, this is a great place to start.

The coaches are amazing, especially Truman. He has been instrumental in helping me achieve PR’s! The gym is clean and equipped with cutting-edge fitness gear.

Great place to work out. The coaches are very knowledgeable, the equipments are up to dates and most importantly they have clean restrooms ;) The people you work out with become like a second family and hold you accountable when you're slacking.

Ive tried nearly every gym in the Redlands area and VNGCE is hands down the best. The coaches and equipment are both top notch. I have been going for about a year and have noticed significant changes in my body and overall wellbeing.

Vngce gym is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been apart of. I’ve never stayed committed to a gym before like I have with this one. Truman is the best! He’s very patient if you are new to a specific workout.

I have been going to VNGCE for over 3 years now and I cannot say enough great things about this place.
If you are scared of CrossFit or have heard bad things about CF this place will change your mind.
It is such a good mix of strength and cardio - they will work with you at any level and take safety as the first priority.
The coaches actually coach (I have been to boxes that do not correct form at all) will give you tips and advice on form and how to lift. Give the free trial a chance and you will be hooked!

Definitely the best gym you can go to . The coaching is exceptional, the gym is organized to perfection and atmosphere is great to push yourself . Been going here for 4 years and glad I joined here over any other gym .

Great place to work out. All the equipment is pretty top notch, everyone that works out here is really warm and welcoming. Can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a crossfit style gym.
