I am so happy I found this dentist. Everything about my two visits so far have been pleasant, convenient, and exceeded all my expectations for any normal dentist visit. Both times I was brought back right away and got my dental work started as soon as I got into the chair, there is no sitting around for hours waiting forever (which I have always experienced in other offices) all the staff is super friendly and accommodating. And the dentist, he is fast, honest, right to the point and really good at what he does. I highly recommend them and I am so grateful I found him for my new dentist.

After a year and a half of doing business with this dental office, I'm completely pleased with everything this office has to offer. The doctor and his staff take a personal interest in his patients to see that they get the absolute best care. They were able to accomplish what 2 other dental offices couldn't. They are very positive and up-building. If you're looking for a dental office that takes pride in everything they do, this is the place to go. Thanks for the new smile provided by this office. What I found extremely helpful and very surprising is that the dentist himself responded very quickly to all my chats, even before I decided to come in for the first time, reassuring me that he could help. Most dental offices won't even talk with you about your situation until you come in for an appointment. That's taking a personal interest in everyone they communicate with. Excellent customer service to an Amazing team. I called in the afternoon regarding some lower pain in my tooth & they got me in Same day. Fixed and filled two fillings that needed to be replaced. I will definitely be recommending this office to my family and friends. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I would like to add that I had two front teeth crowned and they look AMAZING. I can’t believe they look so natural, color is spot on. Tiffany is extremely good at her job. Natalie is wonderful at getting you into the office ASAP & Dr.Abude is absolutely amazing.Thank you, I really can’t say enough about this office.

Another visit to New Smile Dental Studio today was a remarkable experience with my son Uriel. Who on the other hand, required a slightly more complex treatment. The dental team's meticulous attention to detail and commitment to providing the highest standard of care was evident. They took the time to answer all our questions, providing clear and reassuring answers that helped demystify the process for us.

My family and I love New Smiles Dental Studio. The staff and the Doctor are the absolute best! They have always gone above and beyond for our kids and ourselves. Amazing care and services to go along with a beautiful office. We will always come here!

I feel so fortunate to have found this dental office! I have suffered many horrible experiences with dentists and franchise dental practices occurring since I was young to date. Leaving me with an unhealthy fear of the whole dental industry. Until today, everyone from Natalie, the front desk assistant to the hygienist Freddy and finally, Peter, the dentist, were all so professional and kind. I’m so happy that I have finally found a dental practice that I can feel comfortable and confident going to.

Great customer service from the front desk espcially natalie, she is always very sweet and helpful. The dentist is great, I usually have so much anxiety at the dentist but this place makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. I appreciate them very much.

Today is Tuesday 02/06/2024. I have just had my 3rd visit to New Smiles Dental Studio. I would like to compliment the staff and Doctor for their excellent service and professional demeanor. I rate this Dental Studio 5 stars and highly recommend them.

The doctor and staff are all very nice . Super clean place , I never have to wait to be seen. Doctor is super carful when working on my teeth. I’m so glad I came here.

Today was my 3rd or 4th visit and I waited to write a review because I was still on the fence for silly reasons. I came in for a cleaning and my hygienist was Sophia (Sophie). What I consider to be a 5 star experience is when someone introduced themselves by name and tells you who they are and what they’ll be doing. Yes, I know that’s such a simple thing, but in my experience, most people don’t introduce themselves as such. They may say what their role is, but don’t mention their name. That is basic customer service that many businesses lack. But not at New Smiles Dental.

Sophie was kind, she educated me on my oral health and she cleaned my teeth SO WELL! I don’t think I’ve ever had such a thorough cleaning. My mouth feels so clean and healthy. Thanks Sophie! I am looking forward to my next routine appointment. Seriously…who looks forward to going to the dentist? When you have a good experience, you do.

Last year, I was pregnant and my crown fell apart. Dr. Peter did an amazing job with a new crown. I was really impressed with his work. I’m definitely coming back to him for future dental work.

Natali at the front has been so helpful and flexible with scheduling and rescheduling my appointments, which can be such a challenge with a toddler and nap schedules. Dr. Peter is also really good with answering calls and providing helpful information.

To top it off, New Smiles is in the neighborhood which is very convenient. I was commuting to Redlands to a dental office that has stellar Yelp/Google reviews. But tbh, I’m not sure what the big deal is cause I’ve had a far greater experience here. Check it out and see for yourself

I always have such a lovely time when I come here (which is not something you usually say about going to the dentist). Very clean, I have regular migraines, and yet these lights aren't irritating (which is a blessing). I always feel taken care of!

Ever since I had to find a new dentist, I'm glad I found Dr. Peter. He has been awesome when it comes to patient care. Whenever I had a question, he was always quick to respond to my emails. I've been traumatized by the dentist growing up, but coming to this office has been nothing short of amazing! Dr. Peter has definitely been very reassuring with all my dental worries. His staff are friendly and kind. Always keeping me up-to-date with my appointments. Thankful for finding this place near my home!

Had a wonderful experience this morning. The hygienist was especially gentle and thorough. He entertained my 4 yr old by answering all his questions (of which there were many!) Everyone was welcoming and pleasant. 😁

Everything was great I just had cleaning and x-rays done. I was very pleased with how soon I was able to get an appointment.

Recently moved to the area and after calling so many dental offices and no one returning my call, I found this place. I really love this dental office! Professional clean and everything is very modern inside. It always smells so good in there. Dr Abude is so gentle and kind as well. Happy I finally found a dental office.

He does good work and goes out of his way to make sure things are right. Although going to the dentist is not fun. I am happy with all my different treatment plans. I needed a lot of dental work done 😓 and I put it off for a long time till I found Dr. Peter. I trust him and have had fantastic results so far. 🫠
