Hands down, By far the BEST lock and key place to go to when you need it. They are such great people to work with, reasonable prices, very honest and they go above and beyond to meet their customer’s needs. Thank you to every one of you in the shop!

Lady is not that nice for customer service look's like they removed her for that reason, but for key fob programming hands down I highly recommend it. They are well updated with their programmers and aftermarket keys. They are very knowledgeable with the new security system in vehicles. Other locksmiths from the 50 mile radius had no idea how to get programming codes and if they did they will try to take advantage $$$. Redlands Lock & Keys has fair prices.

Excellent service. They had to order a fob for me and they called as promised the next day with news it was in. Went to have my key fobs for my explorer replaced and proramed. As I was told they replaced and programed the fobs in 25 minutes. The price was so much more reasonable than the dealership. I will b a customer for life as I received the BEST service ever. Was given a great price for a car door unlock (almost $80 cheaper than the other option), the tech took 10 minutes to get there and was very courteous and professional.

Called 6 places to cut a key for a Smart Car. They were the only ones that said yes. Once we got there, super friendly and upfront too.

Came here to get my new key fob programmed. I bought the key fob on Amazon and had this business program the key for $65, which I thought was a fair price. They also sell several types of keys and key fobs for vehicles.
It's nice to have a local key smith in town, people need to take advantage of this place if you want your keys to be made correctly. I've had keys made at local hardware stores and they seem to always not work very well.

Needed multiple copies of a key and was taken care of in less than 5 minutes. Had plenty of options to customize my keys. Friendly, fast, and affordable for a quick copy.

The shell of my car keys broke and I bought a new shell and needed they key to be cut. Not only did they cut my key but also helped me transfer the chip from the old shell to the new shell (I didn't know I had to do that). They know their stuff

They also picked up my call right away and have great phone etiquette during the call!

I don't know about key pricing, but the $10 was worth it in my opinion.

They are awesome! Not only were they a good price for getting a key laser cut and programmed for the car they also we're super friendly had a nice assortment of keychains and made sure the key worked before I left. Will definitely be using for all my key needs from now on!

Needed just my car key duplicated, and was having trouble finding somewhere that even carried a blank to do so. Dropped by Lock & Keys, and was in/out in what felt like five minutes with a functional copy, for a great price. The team was swift, efficient, and incredibly cordial.
