We have bought our last five vehicles from Toyota of Redlands, and today Confirms why we keep returning. I was notified of a recall on our Camry, so I made an appointment online. Their team called to confirm the VIN and time. My daughter is the primary driver of this car, and while driving in, I noticed it was getting close to needing an oil change. Upon arriving, I was greeted right away and checked in by Danny. Danny confirmed they had the recall parts and could get us in for a last-minute oil change. The car was completed early and came with a bonus. While removing the center console to conduct the recall, their tech found a lost $100 bill that was a graduation gift to my daughter. Their tech notified Danny, and Danny put it in a bag and held it at his desk for our pickup. We often forget to acknowledge when people do the right thing. $100 means a lot to a teenager working and attending school full-time.

At the end of each sale I always felt I was treated fairly and honestly The last purchase I bought a car for my grandson and, after telling them what I was looking for, they checked the inventory and did not have one. So the salesman checked all of their inventories and they had one. The salesman went beyond the norm and drove us to the other lot to complete the deal.
