My husband needed some patches sewn onto his paramedic uniform and was on a time crunch. Although she was busy, she was able to accommodate us and get it back to us in time! Prices were great as well. Will do business again.

We are fortunate to have Joyce Cleaners here in Highland!!!
My Husband and I have to travel from our apartment in San Luis Obispo to our home here in Highland on a month to two months at a time basis. We save up our dry cleaning just to bring it to Joyce Cleaners.
Joyce Cleaners does an excellent job dry cleaning our clothes as well as keeping track of them until we are able to return, they have never lost anything we have left with them. They also do excellent repairs and tailoring.
There are times my husband and I might have to take a piece of clothing to one of the dry cleaners In San Luis Obispo (who by the way does a poor job of dry cleaning), but the real kicker is how much a dry cleaner in San Luis Obispo charges. Example; I stood in line and watched a women put a spaghetti strap shell top down on the counter at one of the San Luis Obispo cleaners and from what I could tell, was made out of cotton and spandex, the owner of that dry cleaner charged her $9.00? What? Joyce Cleaners not only does a good job, they also charge a much more reasonable price and they do it with a smile!!

They alter, clean and press clothes including uniforms - a lot of uniforms 😀!

Great service and same day service

The first time I went, everything was fine.
But this last time I dropped off four shirts to be pressed, and they pressed wrinkles into at least two of them. I won't be going back!

The worst experience I've had at a dry cleaners period. If I could give less than one star I would why because I dropped off a nice van huesen jacket to get dry cleaned and when I return I get back a cheap Chinese knockoff jacket which I told the owner looks similar to my jacket but it's not mine then she explains to me that she has never made a mistake in the decades she's been open which I find hard to believe. Long story short she tells me to take her to small claims court so if you wanna risk dropping off something nice at this place don't say I didn't warn you.
