The raintree apartments are the best apartments you’ll ever get into. Connie is the best office clerk she’s so helpful and make sure we felt at home. We had moved out and we came back because this apartments are so beautiful and really feel at home.

Rosie is an amazing Manager I just moved in the process was very easy also the area is beautiful. The grass is cut clean there is no graffiti. The Property is well taken care of and the staff do their job. Of course just like every place you live there is rules and management does their job placing those rules and following them. Great apartments

I’ve been here a year. The office is racist and never answer the phone. Maintenance (the younger guy not the older one) has been rude to me multiple times over the phone and via text . I pay my rent early keep to myself and follow the rules. The roaches are out of control and I’ve been sprayed multiple times. No wonder why they are having problems with people staying or even coming to live here. Get rid of Connie in the office and keep Rosie she’s super friendly and always help me . Connie however has not put in work request for me multiple times. I had to complain four different times I didn’t have hot water before they sent a plumber out to fix it. The only thing they got going for them is it’s gated (when the gates works sometimes you can’t get into the walk gates with your key and the drive inn gates have not worked multiple times) and it’s a nice place outside to walk around there’s a fountain and play ground dog park even a gym. The price you pay is outrageous as well $1970 for a 2 bd 2 ba can’t wait to leave here

The place is ok. We moved in a phew weeks ago but immediately started receiving roaches. There is no possible way we brought them with us because all of furniture is brand new. And just recently we found a rat in the out door closet. We called the front office and they told us they would get an exterminator. Sounds good right? NOT. When the exterminator arrived he showed up unannounced. I mean we didn’t get a call or anything. When we called front office the lady speaking was very rude and kept talking over my mother. Not to mention how many of the drawers in the bathroom and kitchen are jammed. In my bathroom one of the drawers had a toothpick and a piece of plastic painted over. Not to mention how squeaky the floors are. We live downstairs and whenever our upstairs neighbors walk around, the ceiling creaks. Although our apartment is nice and quiet, I honestly wouldn’t recommend it. We were fooled.

I don't live there but my sister does and her car got broken into cuz she parked outside. She's unable to park inside cuz they need her registration, proof of insurance, letter giving permission, etc. It's ridiculous since when does an apartment complex require so much extra to be able to park there car in a safe space considering they have so much extra parking... horrible!!!

Currently a tenant at Raintree, have multiple bad experiences, my car was crashed into while parked under the car port, no cameras available for evidence. The building is undergoing renovations, the Painters company that was hired was let in into our apartment (trespassing) w/o notifying us. It's only being painted through the outside. Had rental fee issues due to management Rosie not doing her job correctly, she's unprofessional, Unfriendly and inconsiderate.

I have being leaving here for 4 years and they don't fix things right one off the bathroom has being leaking water for more than 48hours call emergency maintenance and they said that they get to it when they have a chance. My wife's car window was broken and they took her tires too and right in front off the cameras and the manager said she can't do anything about it also very poor management especially the head of the property manager she's rude and always says I can't do much about

They NEVER answer the phone , don’t even bother wasting time leaving a voicemail because they won’t return that . I FINALLY got someone to answer and birth certificates are required to apply! Social security cards are one thing but birth certificates. For what exactly not sure . I’ve contacted some of the nicest apartments around (Riverside, Redlands , Rancho) and they don’t even require that. This place is a joke

They have very rude people working here especially the one girl that sits up front. There are other apartments you can go to and get better respect an service then this place.

Went here last week to see about the apartments but the manager was not there and one of the people that was living there told me this place was not a great place to live cuz the rent is to high and the manager is never in her office and is terrible at her job and is very rude and only looks out for her self.

Horrible customer service. How can I rent an apartment if they don't respond to my messages, yet alone answer the DAMM PHONE! Don't waist your time on these guys. There a joke.
