Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

First time at Red Robin and was surprisingly happy with the service and food. I had the Cobb Avocado Chicken salad, and my wife had the personal cheese pizza. Both were tasty and out quick and the right temperature. The waitress came around a few times to check on us along with the manager. Pretty impressed with the service and atmosphere.

This is a perfect example of a restaurant. The manager Miguel was hands on helping his staff and attending to guests and my waitress Melanie was friendly, amazing and spot on with her recommendations. Food was perfectly cooked to order and came out at a good pace, definitely look forward to visiting this location again!

Me and my family love this place. Food and service are never less than perfect. Staff is always smiling making you feel welcome. Cocktails are always on point!! I just wish there was 10 stars rating.

Overall enjoyed the visit.
The only problem? We ordered the bottomless fries but they took so long between visits we only got 1 refill (at the end of the meal though we ran out within a few minutes) and the basket was only 1/4 full both times.
The rest was fine and tasty. Pizza was on point so no complaints there.

Outside of a weird sitting arrangement, it was very nice.

Sarahi was a great server and host to our table. She had a welcome inviting smile and recommended yummy items for happy hour. She took our order and everything came fast and accurately and they provided sauces we requested and just knew what we needed it was great because they had it ready. She was prompt with the drinks and being that we ordered some yummy desert pear margaritas some of the best I’ve had at this location it was delicious! The new cheese twists and pickles were crisp and fresh and absolutely delicious. The burgers were fresh as well! Great experience, clean restaurant, as soon as customers left the tables were cleaned immediately. First timer at this location joined with a friend after long day at work and it is definitely my favorite location now. Will be returning! Thanks for the great experience. Great staff makes a big difference

Awesome service! All the workers are super friendly and welcoming. Our drinks and food came very quickly and food was delicious! Our server was very attentive and made sure we were always ok. Will be going back soon and intend on having my daughters next birthday dinner there.

Of course it was a little crowded, but no real complaints there. The food was very quickly filling, and a lot of food at that! Our waitress was great too. We asked for well done fries, but our food came out before then. A moment later, we got refills of crispy fries, then soon after that we got "crispy crispy" fries. Perfect fries. She was great and kept checking on us to see if we needed any drink or fry refills. or just to see if all was well. Very good experience

Our server was friendly(Brooke). Booths were comfy and food came out within a reasonable amount of time. The Sunset Lemonade was very good(and pretty!). Excellent Fish & Chips. Thank you!

I went here with some friends on a Thursday evening. The wait time was only 15 minutes. I ordered the "Scorpion" burger, which is a spicy burger with jalapeños. I ordered it medium rare with a side of 5 onion rings. I ordered the fried pickles appetizer for the gang as well. The fried pickles were really good & the sauce they come with was really good. I also ordered a margarita, which was good. Our waiter, "Sean", was very hard working and kind. He made sure we always had what we needed. I would come back here again and order a different burger.

I had a delicious burger and fries. And my wife had chicken meal.

It was my son's birthday today and they provided excellent service. Our server Gina was spectacular! Give her all the praise RR Team !

It was way back back years. My friends and I ate in this place.

Today, I felt like it was my first time buying food at Red Robin. Well, I checked the website if they had a online order for pickup and yes I was happy for it. I ordered my food online and picked it up inside the restaurant. When I came in, I was entertained right away and she checked my order. I didn't wait too long for my order. Also, after she gave me my orders. She's explained what I ordered to make sure everything was correct. And the food I ordered were ready before I came. Also, a complimentary fries was given to me too. The staff that helped me was very nice and friendly. She made sure I received my orders right.

Good Food. Satisfied my cravings. Definitely using online orders in the future

This Red Robin is an outstanding location! IMO this is one of the best managed restaurants around and a big part of that is the great staff. The wait time here can be a little long but it’s because this is a popular location and they seem to try their best to get you seated quickly. The menu is great and offers a good variety of options. Anytime we’ve ever had an issue with the food, which is a rare occurrence, they easily took care of it immediately with no hassle whatsoever. We love the food/drinks here and always walk away very satisfied. I think what makes the service here so great is that all of the wait staff seem to help each other by getting food and drinks out to the customers as soon as it is ready and no matter if they are or are not your waiter/waitress. The food here always comes out so fast. I was here recently and it was ridiculously busy, as usual. I had asked my waitress for a second beer and before I even had time to take that last swallow, my next beer was on the table. It really is impressive how well this restaurant is run. Very happy regular customer who would happily recommend this Red Robin to family and friends!

I celebrated a birthday with family today. Food was great: burgers, shrimp, ribs, chicken tenders and fish and chips. Service was good but drink refills were slow. I also didn't receive a drink menu upon arrival and later saw one on another table and grabbed it. That's when I saw the Caramel Apple lemonade! I ordered it and it was as delicious as it sounds. So was the Caramel Apple milkshake my granddaughter ordered.
Today is the day before Thanksgiving and it was quiet in the restaurant. All-in-all, a very nice birthday celebration was had at Red Robin!

First time here in quite a few years. Came with wife, neice, grandson and his wife and their 2 kids (my great-grands). We all had a variety of good food and drinks. Service was great. Overall very nice!

Best fish n chips anyplace on the Globe. Non better Everytime!

It's a lousy job but ya gotta keep them floors swept up and tables non wet , non sticky ! Come-on

It's a great restaurant with good food and good staff. Reasonably priced. Sometimes it's a bit loud in main dining but bar area is great! Love their haystack tavern burger with endless fries.

I utilized the automated system. Miguel provided excellent assistance in verifying my order and ensuring it was delivered through curbside pickup. He was very polite and went above any beyond! Thank you.

Food and Service is always great but when I went to get up and walk to the bathroom the floors had about 2 inches of grease on them and the fried foods tasted like the oil was a month old. Normally they're on it so I was pretty shocked and I don't leave bad reviews unless it's pretty bad

Food was serviced as ordered. Our party was very happy with the food and soft drinks ordered.
Service was excellent this time around. Food was excellent 👌 and the French fries 🍟 kept coming.
