Keystone Condominiums Check-In

The staff was incredibly friendly. Despite there being a lot of people waiting, I didn't feel rushed and the staff answered all of my questions. They were incredibly knowledgeable considering the amount of properties they have. The rooms itself were beautiful and my only issue was that all the blinds were open which made the room 82 degrees.

My wife and I stay here August 2018 for a wedding. We were in a one-bedroom condo, and we had a delightful time. The condo was well-appointed, the living room had a pull out couch, and the bedroom was very nice with a memory foam mattress. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything you would need for a week-long stay. We were in the River Run Village area which had a number of restaurants and coffee shops, and was very close to the gondola and ski lifts. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Customer service seemed to be their #1 focus. I left some items behind on accident, called right away, and they had someone meet me with the items within minutes. I would book another stay with them in the future.

My room was perfect for a Family Getaway! They even had games and puzzles there for you to use. The view when you walked around the lake was absolutely amazing! Took my breath away!

Our family has 4 kids, and we have stayed on Keystone property several times now at a variety of different condos. The service is always spectacular and accommodations top-notch. It is very convenient to stay on property, as there are shuttle buses to the mountain base areas. Pricing may seem a bit high compared to hotels in Dillon or Silverton, but for our family it's actually more affordable because kids get free lift tickets when you book through the resort website, and not having to drive the extra 15-20 minutes makes all the difference when you're corralling a bunch of young ones to ski school.

River Run was fabulous. This was our first time visiting, and we will definitely return. The view was gorgeous, the rooms were great, and everything was perfect. Loved it!

Red Hawk lodge was delightful!

Great room. Hot tub is so great after boarding. Nice rooms with fireplace always burning warm.

I came in late. The desk clerk was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Love that they give you cookies when you check in!

The location was a little confusing because only one location was open and I went to the wrong one at first. However, once I got to the check-in, I found the process to be very easy and the person checking me in was very friendly and helpful

Beautiful location. Condominium modern and in excellent condition. Lots of amenities. Highly recommend staying here.

Close to the slopes (walk 3-4 minutes). Bathroom are small. In the center of everything.

Stayed at the River Run condos. Was excellent. Area was beautiful.

I love this resort. This is our 4th stay here now
